1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

While there is a "Power Tool Dragon" in your Graveyard, this card gains 700 ATK. Once per turn, you can select 1 Equip Spell Card in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. You can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to pick up a number of cards from your Deck equal to the removed monster's Level. For each Equip Spell Card and Machine-Type monster picked up this way, place 1 Mechanical Transformation Counter on this card (max.7). Then, place the picked up cards on the top of your Deck. You can Tribute this card with 7 Mechanical Transformation Counters on it to Special Summon a "Power Tool Dragon" from your Extra Deck. You can select up to 2 Equip Spell Cards in your Graveyard and equip them to the Special Summoned "Power Tool Dragon".

i thought zextra Spoilt the card by adding Mechnical counters,

but they were both well connected to the original and had good ocg.

I'm going to go with Zextra because his card provides such support for it's counterpart.

Mhh, both are pretty good. But I think I'll have to go for Zextra's card. Seeing that iRiolu!'s card is runable next to honoust making it almost impossible to destroy LIGHT monsters by battle anymore.

I vote on Zextra because Riolu's is pretty much Honest with a different pic while Zextra's has a distinguishing effect.
