Also, i just wanted to Notice the second Pic has like a holo going on in it, like if you bought a movie and tilt it, the picture would change a little bit, well thats how you see the holo on here, it don't change, just looks cooler, thats all. Thanks.

Very nice. Errors I see.

Phase is spelled wrong, but it was probably just a careless error. Sorry for being annoyed by it.

The last 2 sentences are redundant since the card already cannot be special summoned.

Otherwise seems balanced and something different. 8/10 from me.
