1: That mean that Topic has a poll.

 

2: A pinned Topic stays on the 1st page until it is unpinned. A normal one doesn't unless Bumped constantly.

 

3: Usually a pinned Topic is very important and usually they are made by mods. It is hard to get a Topic pinned.

Polls are something used in many different ways. You can put "How good is my card?" and put "Cool", "Bad", Epic" etc. as answers. They can also be used to tally votes in the Polls section and in 1 on 1s.

 

As for a Bump, it is short for Bump Up My Post. It "Bumps" your Thread to the top of the first page.
