When this card declares an attack, you can discard one Spell Card from your hand to increase this card's ATK by 500 during the Battle Phase only. During the End Phase, you can decrease this card's ATK by 200 to return one Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

Both aren't bad, but considering I play the game and know exactly what busted BS spell card retreival is, DL's card is beyond broken in that case.

 

Therefore vote goes to creator...for being less broken.

Well For all my Contests, which ever card wins is getting added to the YGO Tournament list (with the permission of the Card Maker of course) and depending on the comments will either be a Rare card or Restricted Card (Rare Limit = 3 per deck, Restricted = 1 per deck).

This is hard

DL: Pic's meh, decent OCG (one=1) and useful effect, but 200 ATK isn't much of a cost :/

It'd be better if you halved its ATK or something

Creator: That's a Zekrom, and frankly that makes its credibility lessen since it's not being acknowledged as a Pokemon

However, despite bad pic, the effect is more balanced.

 

I sure sound like a Negative Nancy...
