This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard when 1 "Dark Resonator" you control is used for a Synchro Summon. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. During your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Dark Resonator" from your Graveyard. While you control this face-up card, all DARK Synchro Monsters cannot be destroyed by the effects of Trap Cards. When a DARK Synchro Monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon it with this effect and equip this card to it as an Equip Card. Negate the effects of the equipped monster. The equipped monster cannot be switched to Defense Position. [spoiler=Creator's Card][spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when there is 1 "Junk Synchron" on the field. Treat this card as either 1 "Junk Synchron" or "Turbo Synchron" when used as a material for a Synchro Summon. When this card is used to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster, increase the Synchro Monster's ATK and DEF by 500. Kailyn Leona Kyosuke Posted August 21, 2010 Report Share Posted August 21, 2010 while companion bot is overall more useful (and I like more), it does not specify where it is being special summoned from, which Resonating magician does. Resonating Magician also gives itself some limits and drawbacks, while companion bot has a few conditions, but overall just alot of positive effects for the user. Vote:Resonating Magician. Less broken, specifies special summon location, and more realistic in the sense that the card has some limits. Companion bot is realistic up till the point where it has little drawback. Both need a specific monster in order to be summoned, though Fusion's monster provides protection and revives the fallen monster if it is a DARK Synchro monster.
