Of course there is, thats why we say face-up/down Attack/Defense Position; because it can be changed by the effect of a spell card I don't recall the name.

It would make sense if you'd use your brain and think it over. You'd understand that it's just a typo. OR he means that he thought about the card Darkness Approaches when he made the card. Either one MAKES SENSE.

Oh quit your moaning. You want to know why I think his card is better? Fine. His card has a better effect, as in it doesn't waste time in equipping itself onto other monsters and doesn't have a situational effect like your card does. And if his card happens to be destroyed by a card effect, it comes back, so no resources are wasted by the player.
