Lexadin
Well I wanted to make a powerfull yet hard to get out monster. And I came with this. "When the skies are burning and demons are no longer among the living. The Sun will die. Come among us, mighty Ziz!" This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing all Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play when there are 15 or more Fiend-Type monsters in it. You can send the top 10 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to inflict 10000 damage to your opponent. While in the Graveyard, this card cannot be removed from play.Pic from Jazin kay's img archive. Rate/Hate/Fix, I don't really care tbh.
Cloister
Insta win. Millfiends, hmmm... I kinda like it but for some reason I feel its hard Summoning condotions don't balance it out. EDIT: Ohh, congratz. ;D
Catman25
I don't know how useable this is, since you probably won't have 10 cards to discard after 15 fiends in the graveyard. But very creative effect. ;D And congrats on 10K ;D
~{Rochster}~
that card is too op'd. yeah, sure you will have a small desk after you summon him, but 10000 damage, i dont know. maybe it should just have 5000 atk and def but it can only attack your opponent directly when your opponent has 5000 or more lp. other then that, nice card. 5/

This card itself= 1. And generally, by the time you have the legitimate situation to use this card, you'll probably have used AT LEAST the approximate 14 cards that were left, as a lot of people use spell and trap cards wisely. This card is COMPLETELY balanced, if not underpowered.Your rating is a fail.I give this card a 10/10.And Congratulations on 10,000 posts! :D
Alexis Rhodes
Pic is ok not the best , effect IMO is only a bit OP because of the ATK and DEF but INSTA WIN sounds epic Congrats on the 10k 8/10;)
Lexadin
@Tom: It needs a lot of fiends before it can even be summoned, and then you also need to mill 10 cards. What so easy about that? @Catman: I love Burn effects, so I desided to make the ultimate burn card. I suggest using a "Pot of Avarige" to refill your Deck. @rochster: Have you even read the effect? It needs an rediculous amoun of cards to make this work! @δαίμονας: Thanks. That is exactly what I was aiming for. @5d's: How does its ATK and DEF make it OP? They are 0. Anyways thanks for your comments everyone.
Cloister
10000 points. Insta win unless your opponent... Well, has more than 10k LP.
Phantom M.C.
first of all though 10000 is a lot, this card is not necessarily an instant win. some fairy decks can get more than 10k lp easily (like mine). as δαίμονας said, in a standard 40 card deck, this would be balanced. though like final countdown, building a deck around this specific card does not require a lot of skill at all. aside from that great card. Sander
Why do you guyze even think that this card has to be summoned to have it's effect activated?

Mr.WHAM
Prime Material Says HI...Rainbow life too! Also congrats!! Edit: Give it 2500 ATK or DEF.......nvm But by the logic of the quiltbolt loop, you still can use phantom of chaos to activate this card's effect. SMAL
The 10-discarded card effect should be an insta-win. XD
Sander
But by the logic of the quiltbolt loop, you still can use phantom of chaos to activate this card's effect. What are you talking about on the Quillbot loop? That's a totally different OTK type that requires you to have Imperial Iron Wall, what specifically states that cards CANNOT be removed from play. And, if the card states that it cannot be removed from play while in the Graveyard, it cannot be removed from play. So you cannot remove this card from play to activate Phantom of Chaos's effect. wero-vasto
And now it's a little boring to playI better go with Ccapac Apu + Axe of Despair + Infernal Gainer = OTK D:=PCongratz on the 10k :
Lexadin
@Wham: Not really, just check Zandaa Roaisu's comment. @SMAL: As Wham said, not with PMD or RL. Or while playing against a Fairy-Heal Deck. @wero-vasto: Better a little bit boring then broken as Raigeki.

FaneCense
Congradulations on your 10k post, as well as your card to inflict 10k damage. The card seems to difficult to use without Decks specialized towards summoning it. If its effect can't be used, its very suspectable to being destroyed by battle with some of the most powerful in-game monsters ever created, like Kuriboh. redfinale
So over powered, it's actually seems fair
Codeson
Doesnt seem Op it seems its a pointless card if you dont draw it so its fair. Any card like card destruction could screw this card up so seems good. Also isnt it Normal Summon.
Lexadin
@FaneCense: Yes, but if you just add some "Pot of Avarices" in your Deck you will quickly regain the lost cards. And with some protection it can easely give you a OTK. @Codeson: *cough*Gold Sarcophagus*cough* And as I said before it isn't meant to become Meta. It's just an intersting card to try to Summon, like Armityle.
