Kingdom Hearts: The Keyblade Wars [PG-13] (Started/Accepting/IC Thread)

Before the time of Sora and his friends. Before the creation of Organization XIII and before the apprentices of Master Eraqus were sent off to fight the Unversed in the worlds. Before any of these events happened...there was a war. This war was known as the "Keyblade War", where the Keyblade Masters of Light and Darkness fought against each other to control Keyblade. The Keyblade they fought for was known only as, the "X-Blade".

 

You are one of those Keyblade Masters. You must choose your side and prepare yourself for war.

The Keyblade, a weapon of great power. The masters of these weapons have helped the worlds that surround them, but now the Keyblade will start a great war. This is how our story shall begin.

 

It was evening in Traverse Town. Nero, a sixteen year old Keyblade Master, was walking through the streets until he stopped to look at the stars. He watched them blink and twinkle. He sighed as he said,"I'm glad I'm back home...but I can't shake this uneasy feeling I have."

Jasmine wondered how she even got involved in this. Yet she knew it had to be so, in order to track down the Dark Lord. She didn't even know how she would return. It was so frustrating, how was she to survive? The Force wasn't even cooperating with her.

Meanwhile, Zone, in an unknown world, merely smiled. "Are so many of you so dumb?!" He shouted. He was the strongest of these all. He was invincible. No other Dark Lord of the Sith has ever achieved something this big. He smiled a crooked smile.

Nero sighed again. He shook his head and said,"Man, this feeling just won't leave." He held his hand out and summoned his Two Across Keyblade. He looked at it and said,"Ever since I got you when I was nine, this feeling came upon me. Like something is about to happen...that involves you." He watched it disappear from his hand and said,"I guess its nothing." He continued walking from the 3rd District to the 1st District. Still, it doesn't explain the visions I've had about a barren wasteland and a bunch of Keyblades being abandoned on the ground. he thought to himself.

Xias Was in Hollow Bastion, It was morning. About 7:30 exactly. He got up and ran around. He saw Mr. Crowwel(The local farmer) Was having trouble with the moles ruining his garden. Xias Killed the moles. Xias moved around again. "Hmm that X blade is as good as mine." Xias looked around Hollow Bastion for the X-blade. "Hmm not here, I better check around somewhere else in the universe. I plan on going somewhere else to search not to far from here." Xias opened a note pad.

 

Day 1 Of My Search

 

Not in Hollow Bastion, I must go to a different World to find the ultimate Keyblade.

OOC: Merciful idiot, this isn't starwars!!!!!! There is no "Force" in kingdom hearts nor are there lords of the sith! Also the darkness, they control the Heartless right?

 

IC: Raku sat at the tallest tower of Radiant Garden. "The chosen one huh?" Raku was talking to himself as he did from time to time, he then spotted a small warrior killing heartless, "Hmph." Raku took out his Shadow Fire Keyblade and jumped off the tower as his keyblade was breaking through the wall to slow down Raku's fall. He then walked towards the one destroying Heartless in an empty alleyway. "You! Stop destroying the heartless, we need them." It was a young boy with a mage's staff. "Tch." Raku took his Shadow Fire and knocked the boy to the ground, He glared at him from above and mouthed, "Leave." and the boy went crying into the city. "Fool." Raku then turned and walked into a dark portal to see other members of the darkness.

Nero arrived in the 1st District and stopped in the middle of the district. He looked at the night sky and saw the stars twinkle and blink again. He held his chest and said,"Ok...this isn't good. I'm feeling something bad..coming this way. I have to talk to Master Hao." He then ran towards a small building near the Accessory shop that his dad owned. He walked in the building and saw his Master wasn't there. He saw a note on a chair that said this;

 

Nero,

 

If I'm not here...then something is going to happen. I've heard rumors from other Keyblade Masters that there will be a war over the Ulitmate Keyblade. You need to go to another world and help me out. I'm finding other Masters of Light to combat the forces of Darkness. I hope to see you soon.

 

Master Hao

 

Nero held the note and then ran out of the building. He hit a small button with some armor on his wrist and his gold armor appeared on him. He summoned his Keyblade to his hand and then threw it in the air. It was covered in light and it came down as a skateboard like Keyblade. "Good thing Master Hao taught me how to use the 'Keyblade Rider' thing." he said jumping on it. He then blasted off from Traverse Town and headed to the world closest to him, Radiant Gardens.

 

((Its actually Radiant Gardens...not Hollow Bastion))

Banion sat on the floor watching the fires every move. He hung his head and remembered Tornacs great sacrifice for him. "I must fulfill Tornacs wish. I can't let him down," he said out loud. Training at Traverse Town wasn't exactly what he wished. Leaving his best friend back in the darkness... it just wasn't what he wanted to do at all. But Tornac was so good to him... so friendly as if he knew he wouldn't live long after meeting him. He got up and burst through the door. i just don't know where to go he thought. Suddenly he felt very feint, and he saw he was with Tornac sitting right in front of him in a chair. "Banion... there isn't much time... you must get to Radiant Garden. Don't let me down," he said. "I won't let you-" he Banion sputtered. But it was too late. "I have to get to Radiant Garden!" He then summoned his keyblade and sped off...

toras sat on thehighest skyscraper on the far side of tranquil town, h watched over the whole dark city, " is this all i am? What is...my purpose?" suddenly from the ground below heartless began to spawn, toras stood up and brought out his white keyblade. " all i am..." toras jumped down fromt the syscraper headed for the heartless

Nero had finally reached Radiant Gardens. His skateboard Keyblade Rider slowly got to the ground and it disappeared from under him, returning into a Keyblade in his hand. He watched it disappear and his armor disappeared from his as well. He looked around and said,"This is Radiant Gardens...its very nice." He thought about the note Master Hao gave him and said,"Alright, I have to find Keyblade Masters of Light. Then I'm supposed to find Master Hao and meet him....well." He paused to crack his knuckles and continued saying,"Better get started on finding the Keyblade Masters." Then he ran off into the main square of Radiant Gardens.

Ryuusaki, a slightly older Keyblade Master on 17 years, was simply taking a stroll down the 4th District of Traverse Town. A jolly smile was on his face as he was swinging around his Keyblade -- The Dragon's Nemesis -- like a walking cane. "Well, this is bloody good, if I say so myself." his accent was rather thick and British, which was considerably confusing since he had a Japanese name. Nevertheless, he kept walking, until he saw Nero blasting off to Radiant Gardens. "Oi! Bloody 'ell, mate! Wasn't that Nero? Well, the good ol' chap is going to Radiant Gardens, eh?" he tossed his Keyblade into the air, and then, it changed to its Keyblade Rider form; a pair of dragon wings on his back, with a small jet engine in the middle. He blasted off and flew after Nero, trying to catch up to his former guide and friend.

Nero, on Radiant Garden, stopped for a second and heard a familiar voice. He turned around and saw Ryuusaki landing next to him, as his Keyblade Rider dragon wings reverted to his Keyblade. "Ryuusaki! Hey there, how did you know I was going to be here." he asked. He put his hand up and said,"Don't answer that...you always know where I'm going. But I digress, what are you doing here?" He looked at his former student and friend, waiting for him to give him an answer. "Well?" he asked.

"Well I was just followin' you 'ere, Nero." Ryuusaki replied in his usual British tone, smirking a bit as his Dragon Nemesis reverted to its original form, and he grabbed it in his hand. "But I've also 'eard of a rather big war comin' up." he sighed a bit. Ryuusaki never liked wars, even with such a fighting spirit he had sometimes. They were... too big for his taste, but then again, sometimes you had to fight in wars to win, which was he wanted the Light Keyblade Wielders to do. "And! I've also thought about gatherin' allies from other worlds! I've heard some strong ones are to be found in other dimensions!"

Jasmine wasn't a Keyblade Master. Not yet. She figured she was supposed to become a Jedi Knight first then a 'Keyblade Master' but there wasn't any way for her to return as of yet. And she couldn't feel the presence of the Force here. It was very odd. She was currently in Radiant Garden, a common place. The technology here wasn't very all-that-helpful but it was better than nothing. She still had her lightsaber but what use is it against a Keyblade? She had to rely on her Keyblade more, and use her lightsaber only in....other situations. What those other situations were, Jasmine didn't want to think. And then she just laughed.

Nero nodded and said,"Well Ryuusaki, we're in the same boat. I was sent by Master Hao to do the same. After I do that, I have to meet him and then we have to prepare for this war." He looked away and thought about the vision he had with an barren wasteland and abandoned Keyblades on the ground. "You know...Ryuusaki, I'm having this bad feeling that once this war starts...that it'll be a costly one." he said with a sigh.

"Wars are always costly, Nero-San." Ryuusaki said, as he held Nero's shoulder. He knew Nero was the kind of Keyblade Master to take things seriously all the time, but he wanted to help him in any way possible. "Nero, how about my offer then? I said there are many dimensions that could harbor strong allies, and if we have them on our side, this war would be easily won!" he smiled a bit. "Well? What do ya say?"

Nero looked at Ryuusaki and said,"That's good offer....and I accept." He smiled and said,"Thanks Ryuusaki." Back when he was guiding Ryuusaki to the path of Light of using the Keyblade, he was always taking things seriously. Ryuusaki was the one who always made him smile and laugh a bit. If you never met them before, by the way both him and Ryuusaki acted, you could have sworn that they were brothers. "You always know how to make me smile." he said putting his hand on Ryuusaki's shoulder. "Thank you."

"KEh, people say it's a natural gift to make people smile." Ryuusaki smirked back. "Now then, how 'bout we find an ally or something? I heard there are rather numerous dimensions around here, one of 'em must hold a strong enough ally to us." Ryuusaki did not know how to open up other dimensions. All he was skilled in was melee combat, and magic. "Erm.. in that case, could ya open a portal or somethin'? I am not skilled in that, y'know, hehe..." Ryuusaki then said, scratching his head a bit.

"Well to tell you.." Nero started to say. "Umm, I can't open portals to other worlds. The only way for us to travel is by using the Keyblade Rider forms of our Keyblades." He looked back at Radiant Garden's main square and said,"But first I want to see if there are any Keyblade Masters on this world, before we go to any other world." He looked at Ryuusaki and asked,"Is that alright with you Ryuusaki??"

Ryuusaki nodded. Nero did not always show it, but sometimes, Ryuusaki thought that he actually cared for other Keyblade Masters. Because he had seen Nero really cold-hearted and sadistic from time to time, so he was tricky to read. "Yeah, sure. Let's go see if there are other Keyblade Masters here." Ryuusaki finally said, as he teamed up with Nero. He was ready to find more Keyblade Wielders, and being with Nero, he felt a bit more safe.

Nero and Ryuusaki began to look around Radiant Gardens for the Keyblade Masters. So far, it wasn't going so well. They asked a few people if they knew anybody with a Keyblade, but all their answers were the same, "No, sorry." Nero sighed and said,"Apparently there isn't any Keyblade Masters here...I'm guessing they all left for other worlds." He looked at Ryuusaki and said,"Well, giving the info I've given you about the other worlds, which world do you think we should be going to next?" He knew Ryuusaki was a genius at remembering most of the worlds and where they were, so it was a good thing that Ryuusaki followed him.

"Hmmm..." Ryuusaki began thinking a bit. He knew a lot about the different dimensions, and he had memorized them better than Nero. He kept thinking for awhile, then snapped his fingers. "I got it! There is a world called "Deep Space", where a super-strong experiment is said to be! I dunno about his name, but I think we could count on his help!" Ryuusaki smiled at Nero. "Are we going there, in that case?"

Nero smiled and said,"Alright Deep Space it is." He put his hand in front of him and his Two Across Keyblade appeared. He tossed it in the air and the pressed he small armor button on his wrist and his golden armor appeared on him. His Keyblade, as it was tossed in the air, was covered in light and returned towards Nero in it's Keyblade Rider Skateboard form. Nero jumped on it and looked at Ryuusaki. "Alright, get yourself ready and you lead the way to Deep Space." he said with a smile.

"Alright then, I'll try." Ryuusaki said as he tossed his Keyblade into the air, and pressed a button on his arm. His hair flared up a bit, and his body seemed to be surrounded with a glow. Then his Keyblade came back down, as the pair of dragon wings he had worn earlier. He took them onto his back, and then flew up into the sky, a trail of blue flames leading Nero. "C'mon Nero! You're lagging!" he smirked, as he pushed onwards, flying even faster now.

Nero smirked and then stepped on the back of his Keyblade Skateboard and he blasted off after Ryuusaki. He finally caught up to him and said,"You've gotten faster since the last time we've trained with each other." He stepped on his skateboard and he went faster. "But I'm always one step ahead of you." he said with a slight chuckle. He then decided to slow down and let Ryuusaki catch up. "So, how much further to Deep Space?" he asked.

"I dunno, but I know the way, clean and simple; UP!" he smirked, as he kept dashing upwards, following Nero this time. "I think it should be a little bit more now!" he chuckled a bit. Nero was always one step ahead of him, even if he was older than Nero. Nero was just more skilled than him, he guessed. Then, they began racing into another world. "C'mon! The portal is close now!"
