New "Ice Barrier" Ritual monster: Aigrondir. (Input and/or opinions appreciated)

Yes, I know the Ritual Spell Card isn't posted, and it probably never will be; but if it was, it'd just be the basic Ritual Spell Card, no added effects. So just imagine it as that, and just comment on the monster, please and thank you.

 

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ice Barrier's Aegis". When this card is Ritual Summoned, for each "Ice Barrier" monster Tributed, remove 1 random card in your opponent's hand from play. While this card is face-up on the field, whenever an "Ice Barrier" monster is removed from the field, it is returned to your Deck, and both players draw 1 card. If the card you draw is an "Ice Barrier" monster, you can reveal it and return it to your Deck to send 1 random card in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard.

Wow, this card is pretty good. Though it may be too much discard. Still, very good for hand advantage. 9.8/10
