First is First, Credit!

 

The Credit for the whole Symbol thing goes to Darth Browarod. He came up with the idea for spell symbols, I only created the Symbol.

 

Next is icyblue, he actually helped me come up with the idea for transfers, so i give him 99.99 percent of credit for this!

[spoiler=~Rulings For Transfer Spells and Traps~]

 

Ok, transfer spells and traps Transfer their effect onto Normal Monsters to give Normal Monsters an upper hand.

 

Transfers can only be used on Normal Monsters unless it says a Specific monster or it says that Transfers may be used on effect or the other monsters.

 

Transfers go under the card it was transferred to after activation, and are only destroyed when the monster the the effect was transferred to is destroyed or removed from the field.

 

When a normal Monster has been transferred, it becomes an Effect monster, or the Card Type Subscribed by the Effect of the Transfer Spell or Trap.

 

Only 1 Transfer Spell or Trap Card can be transferred to a monster.

 

Transfer cards have the average Spell and Trap Rules.

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=~Rulings For Bount Monsters~]

 

Bount Monsters are monsters that take full advantage of Transfer Spells and Traps, in addition to Normal Monster Field Play advantage.

 

Bount Monsters are treated as effect monsters in the Graveyard, Hand, and Deck, but are treated as Normal Monsters on the field.

 

Bount Monsters effect can only be activated in the Graveyard.

 

Bount Monsters Always have the same ATK and DEF

Ok...I think I like this. Just one question - it's not mentioned in the rulings - what about' date=' say, Dark Panther? If he copies a Normal Monster with a Transfer Effect, does he get the Transfer Effect?

Yes, he does get the transfer effect, because the Normal Monster is treated as an Effect monster while it transferred.

 

I better add that to the Ruling.

No, not really, transfers actually give Normal Monsters effect, and don't stay in your Spell and Trap zone, but go under the monster, Keeping your ST zone open.

 

In addition, Transfer Spells and Traps give the transferred monster a new Card type. For example, some transfers will make monsters Tuners. Some will make then Toons.

Wouldn't Counter Traps be just as good? with the same effect and not using the Transfer part?Make it more usable, not many Counter Traps are used and theres lots of negating things... maybe. Dunno.

Well no, because counters negate, and none of these effects negate as much as they do Add.
