How do you make cards sparkly?

So how do you make the cards sparkly in real life? Dont tell me that theres 'no way possible' either, because the actual card manafacturing company does it all the time :P

the companies make foil holo sheets and place them over the cards and that gives it a shining effect when light is shined on it

Print a holo sheet onto a diverse piece of laminate sticky sheet, stick that over your card, and voila!
