HORUS Posted September 23, 2007 Report Share Posted September 23, 2007 With the news of this: http://manjyomethunder.twoday.net/stories/4251086/i decided to make another contest. since we know there WILL be another Monarch, this contest is to make that new Monarch. since that Monarch will most likely be DARK, make it so. so, requirements: 1. Must be DARK2. Must be Fiend, Spellcaster, or Zombie3. Must have an effect like that of any other Monarch4. 2400 ATK, 1000 DEF, Level 6 Contest is judged on Realism, Effect, AND Art. 1st Prize: 100 Points, 3 Reps (would offer more, i just dont have as many points as i did) Second Prize: 2 Reps Contest Ends: September 30th Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
