it can special summon its self on ether side of the field < when i read that i was like NO but then i read the horrible draw back of paying 1000 lp or losing ur whole field. but i pretty sure they will get rid of it after 1 standby phase of paying.

I thin its Card Efect being as you are refering to a Spell/Trap Card.

Wow, I made a Grey Dark World card just a few days ago. Small World huh?

Some what underpowered. The effect is worded oddly but I think thats just me. Its very ironic that both of our cards are named some form of the color Grey and they both also summon to your opponent's side of the field. (Yours can do both sides however)
