My first attempt at a Yubel Deck. Go ahead and swarm to me, you hyenas!

I don't see how my deck is as incosistent as you say it is. I ALWAYS get Terror or at least Yubel out on the very first turn and then only a turn or two later and I'm able to get out Phoenix. It's a very consistent deck that has only lost once out of 22 match duels. And several of those were Tele-DAD and LS. I lost to a regular remove from play deck. T_T

If anything' date=' I need to focus MORE on getting out the Phoenix.

Then you must've been playing noobs. There are several things wrong with your build.

1) Two Terror Incarnates? Wtf?

2) Three Yubel? Again, why???

3) Only two Grepher makes me want to cry.

4) The fact that Dark Valkyria is in this deck makes me want to cry even more.

5) Samsara Lotus > Treeborn Frog in Yubel decks.

6) Interdimensional Matter Transporter, Staunch Defender, and Battle Mania are very poor choices in Yubel decks. Staunch and BM could be run, however, with Ojama Trio.

7) Where's Armageddon Knight?

More than two Terror's clogs my draws.

2) Three Yubel? Again, why???

The Yubels are so I can get out Terror faster.

3) Only two Grepher makes me want to cry.

More than 2 Grepher's also clogs my draws.

4) The fact that Dark Valkyria is in this deck makes me want to cry even more.

Dark Valkyria makes it easier to get out Terror.

5) Samsara Lotus > Treeborn Frog in Yubel decks.

No. It's not. Not in this one. Besides, Samsara Lotus deals un-necessary damage to me.

6) Interdimensional Matter Transporter, Staunch Defender, and Battle Mania are very poor choices in Yubel decks. Staunch and BM could be run, however, with Ojama Trio.

Interdimensional Matter Transporter can be used on Terror to get the last one out without killing either. Or it can save one of my monsters for a turn.

Staunch Defender lets me choose to have them attack one of my 3 Yubel forms.

Battle Mania will force them to attack me.

7) Where's Armageddon Knight?

Armageddon Knight is pointless in this deck because Dark Grepher does the job much better.

You only need 1 Terror. More than that in the main deck is just silly.

Three Grephers certainly don't clog draws. All they do is help.

If you're using Dark Valk to kill Yubel, Exiled Force > Dark Valk.

Samsara Lotus comes back at the end of the turn, just in time for it to get Tributed for Yubel. That doesn't cause damage. If you want Hand fodder, then ya, use Treeborn.

You're a fool if you want to force out The Ultimate Nightmare. It can't protect itself like the other 2 Yubels can. Plus, when Terror comes back, it'll blow up Nightmare.

Staunch only works if your opponent attacks. If you have a Yubel out, why would they?

With Terror blowing up everything every turn, you can't activate Battle Mania.

Three Armageddon Knight are essential, just like 3 Grepher are.

Although I'm completely opposed to Phoenix Yubel decks, I decided to make one for you. I haven't tested it yet, but I know it's much better than your current build.

Why are there so many cards to send stuff to the grave? They end up being dead draws. And, what's with Giant Trunade and Heavy Storm? I'm not scared of their face-downs because I WANT them to use them to kill Yubel and Sacred Phoenix. Also, why is there only one Yubel - Terror Incarnate in a deck that revolves around it?

The Grephers, Knights, and Foolishes are a vital part of the deck. You NEED to dump Yubel and Shaman into the Grave as early as possible, and if you already did that, they thin the deck of other stuff you don't need anymore. Trunade and Storm clear the way for your stuff to attack. You're still gonna be scared of PWWB and Solemn. You only need 1 Terror Incarnate because Yubel can search it from the Graveyard. Having two on the field is pointless - one turns the other into Ultimate Nightmare, and then Nightmare dies on your next turn.
