It will slow the Deck down, and it will be negated by Jinzo. The reason the Extra Deck looks the way it does is because all I can Summon are Level 7s, Level 8s, and Level 10s in this Deck, and there aren't any Level 10s in the TCG right now, so all I can Summon are Level 7s and Level 8s.
