Twin-Headed Behemoth: Why Was It Limited?

Recommended Posts

I believe it was a technicality ruling. Multiples in the graveyard would lead to a problem for some reason.

I run 2 Twin-Headed Behemoth. I draw the first one, Summon it, have it destroyed, use its effect, and then it gets returned to my deck by Ehren or Pot of Avarice or something. Later in the duel, I draw Twin-Headed Behemoth. It is impossible to know whether or not I had previously used the effect of the card I just drew.

If Konami can make a decent ruling to solve this problem, then THB to 3 is a perfectly sensible move.

I think Konami is just going to make it that it can only use its effect Once per duel' date=' which applies to the other Twin-Headed Behemoths in the Deck aswell

This is the OCG ruling.

If that's the case, then I'm sure the TCG ruling will follow. It always seems to. I'm thinking it was once limited because that ruling wasn't always in place and multiple Behemoths could cause problems like in Crab's situation.

The new ruling doesn't make sense. The effect isn't "Special Summon 1 "Twin-Headed Behemoth" from your Graveyard"' date=' it is "Special Summon this card from the Graveyard".

Erratas exist for a reason

My point exactly. New errata, not ruling.

well, we use card sleeves here, so we could slip something in, like a scrap of paper saying used or something like that.

course, online, that isn't so easily done.

If you use players choice or Ultra pro sleeves like I do, than you would be able to see through it. It would be considered Marked, punishable by 2 years ban. But since UDE is out of commission... Im for it at the current time.

You could put it on the front of the card.
