The only way to get 7 stars is to hack his file if that's what your trying to say. I still think there should be more than one administrator though. Also it wasn't intentional for getting stars, still got banned. Sometimes the people on this site are short sighted b*******. Still, I try to defend the newbs. Anyways, you can also do something called bumping. If you have a thread that has not received any posts for at least a day, then you can double post. Just specify that your bumping so no one doesn't realize and attacks you. Also try not to bump really old posts without reason. If your updating one of your old threads, then you can bump. E.t.c.
