Yu-Gi-Oh RD, Rise of the Duelists[/align]

 

Welcome Yu-Gi-Oh RD, this isn't like Yu-Gi-Oh Gx. So expect different stuff. There are Five Dorms this time, each named after the God Cards "Piidra the Thunder Lord", "Giyanta the Silver Creator", "Hujeera the Executer", "Hydra Ra", and "Loyd the Demmension Rifter".

 

The Piidra Dorm has the color of yellow, the Giyanta Dorm has the color of silver, the Hujeera Dorm has the color of blue, the Hydra Dorm has the color of red, and the Loyd Dorm has the color of Green.

Okay heres how it works, we can start acting as soon as we atleast 2 members. Also, storys will be told of the students that joined the yugioh rd. Kinda like an episode, put in words though.

[spoiler=Episode 1: Enter the RD Academy]

Its the first day at RD Academy and so many people have are here to learn how to duel. Some are already dueling like Tasaki and Saruto.

"Sweet. Im ready to duel. I just need to find someone first." Saruto was anxious to duel and couldn't wait, but he couldn't find none to duel with, so he yelled out, "I want a duel."

Tasaki heard him from a distance then yelled back "I'll duel you...""Oh Damn! You going down boy!" her duel spirit, Ninja Ninja, yelled. But saddly, Saruto could not hear Ninja Ninja. Saruto turned to face Tasaki his challenger. "Well?" Saruto was ready, and getting ready to duel. "Okay, lets duel and you can fall to my cards." he said truimphly. Tasaki was ignoring that commet. "LETS DUEL" Their duel disks activated and the duel begun.

"Ill go first!" Tasaki drew six cards from her deck. She inspected her hand for any good combinations. "I play "Ninja Ninja" in attack mode." she placed the card down which revieled Ninja Ninja on the field."Next i play my "Double Summon Spell, then play "The Sixth Samuria-Irou!" She placed the card down and sended here spell card to the graveyard. Then placed a facedown. "Your move..."

"Okay then." Saruto drew six cards that showed to Saruto some excellent combinations. "I will set 3 cards face down and a monster in defense position. Yout turn."

Nova was watching in aw thinking, this is getting good.

Tasaki pulls a trick on Saruto activating a spell. "My turn. I play "Heavy Storm"" A big tornado swooped the spells and traps of both players cards on the field to the graveyard. "Now i tribute "The sixth Samuria-Irou for Jinno-Kuma." She chuckled."Now attack Ninja Ninja on his face down defense position monster, and Jinno-Kuma attack him directly!"

She destroyes the defense position monster and attackes him derectly.

The battle get serious now.

Over at his room in the Loyd Dorm, Heero wanders out of his room thinking if there was a duel going on. Wonder if anyone is dueling...maybe I should go look around or something. He wanders around the island exploring and finding if there is a duel somewhere. "No ones dueling man, guess the days just about looking around huh. Wha?" He finds a duel taking place in he schools entry point.

Good. He thought. I'd best study the way these two battle. He went over to see who was battling. A girl played a "Heavy Storm" and she attacked him directly. "Well i just arrived in time."

Saruto drew a card only having 2400 life points left, and she had 4000 life points. His only shot was to draw is his ace card.

"My move." He pulls out a special spell card. "Alright, here goes nothing.

I play my spell "Minus 1". Its special effect is that for one turn, I can take off one star on one of my monsters from either the field or my hand for the rest of the game." "Uh oh, thats not good." Tasaki was having a bad feeling. "Now i play "Hiro, the Fire Knight"." Saruto throws down his card and summons a red knight with a long slashed scar on the side of the metal suit, and a red sword and shield. It had 2200 ATK and 2600 DEF. "Hiro, attack Ninja Ninja." The knight slashed Ninja Ninja, Duel Spirit Ninja Ninja gasped. "Hey, that was my body. Thats it let me at him." He flies over to Saruto and trys to punch him three times. He was so depressed that he couldn't touch him. "Your beaten up to me"

Ninja Ninja Floats back to Tasaki. Now his effect, whenever Hiro destroyes an earth monster, he gains 500 ATK points and loses 500 DEF. points. And now attack Jirro-Kuma, Hiro." Hiro Slashes Jirro with a blaze of a swing. Tasaki only had 2700 life points left. "Now I place a face down and end my turn with a face down and end my turn." Tasaki was getting nervous, and the battle was heating up. Nova and Heero were watching. Heero whispered to himself "Wow, nice move. Especially that "Minus 1" card. Never heard of it. This... is getting good."

Whoa, this is so cool. Nova thought.Mostly eveyone was watching them.

 

Everyone was watching them, but who will win, will they be friends? Find out on the next episode of Yu-Gi-Oh RD, Episode 2: Tributing gets Burned.

 

 

[spoiler=Episode 2: Tributing Gets Burned]

Leaving off where Saruto and Tasaki where dueling, Saruto just took out Tasaki's Jirro-Kuma and Ninja Ninja who was mad for being destroyed in battle, leaving Saruto with 2400 life points left and Tasaki with 2700 life points at the least.

Tasaki was in trouble she had no monsters on the field, right now she has to summon whats shes got.

"Come on Tasaki, what happen there. You lost Jinno-Kuma and more importantly, ME!" Tasaki kept starring at her cards. Then a smile crept over here face.

"Whats with the grin?" Ninja Ninja peeked at her cards. A wide smile ran across his face. "Oh boy hes in so much trouble."

"Okay Saruto, my turn." Tasaki draws a card from her deck. "First i play "Pot of Greed"." She draws 2 cards and puts the other on in her graveyard. "Next i summon "Shield Guardian, Sarah" in defense position."

A girl with a broad shield appeared. It had 500 ATK. points and 2700 DEF. points.

"Whoa that a lot of defense." Saruto suprised.

"Thanks, best part about it is that it has 4 stars. Next I play "Monster Reborn" and bring back "Ninja Ninja" in defense position. Now i play "Sword of Revealing Light" and end my turn."

"Whoa, didn't see that coming."

"Oh yeah, you show him." Ninja Ninja raised his hand to him.

"Hmm. That Tasaki girl is quite the defender. And whats that thing with her?" Heero could se Ninja Ninja raising his fist to Saruto. "A Ninja Ninja duel spirit, and one with an attitude to."

"Okay my turn." Saruto spoted one of his fusion cards. okay, just need to fuse Hiro and Spiral to summon this guy, but its going to be awhile. He drew a card. "Okay first i place 2 face downs and finish my turn." "Thats it? No summoning?" "There not that much to do with that card of yours played" "Eh, true okay my turn." Tasaki draws. first i play "Ground Shaker" in attack mode. A giant rock humanoid appeared."Then i play a face down and end my turn."

"Gotcha, my turn." After 2 rounds, the 2 havn't played anyhting new, just the same. "Okay my turn." Tasaki drew. "First I play my "Six Samuria Curse" spell card. During my turn you cannot activate any trap cards. And then..." there was a moment of silence. Saruto got ready. "Come on and play that card already." Ninja ninja begged Tasaki. "...I play "Samuria Plague", this allows me to sacrifice all of my monsters for my ritual to summon "Undead Samuria, Nano" the 2 monsters dissapeared and taking there place was a giant blue and black vortex, increasing its size by the second, leaving behind a trail of blue fog.

"Not so fast, i play my quick spell "Burning Shower". It allows me to disingage one of your activated ritual cards and destroyes your monsters with it."

A shower of blooming fire scattered the field and burned Tasaki's ritual.

"What?""WHAT? HOW DID HE?" Both Ninja Ninja and Tasaki were shocked on how she lost here monster.

"Unfortunatly the ritual user get 500 Life Points."

Tasaki sighed in relief. "At least i got 3200 life points left now.

"I wouldn't be saying that Tasaki."

Tasaki was confused. "Oh well I end my turn."

"Sweet finally. I draw." He didn't need to look at his cards he new what he was going to do."

"First i summon "Spiral, the Swirling Fire"." A spiraling fire with 2 red eyes with a pointy smile appeared. "And now I use instant fusion due to Spiral effect, and summon "Valcrave, the Lumbering Lava Soldier." A soldier made of lava appeared with gleaming red shoulder armour. "And get this, it has 3200 ATK. points."

"Oh no." "WHAAAAAAAAAA?" Ninja Ninja yelled.

"Lets finish this now. Valcrave, attack her directly with lava shot."

Valcrave raised his armed pointing it toward Tasaki. He fired lava bullets at her which she was gasping at.

"Oh sh.." Good thing it hit them when Ninja Ninja was about to say the unmenchable word. There was yelling in the explosian.

The smoke cleared with Tasaki on all fours coughing from the smoke.

Saruto walked up to her and put his hand out.

"Need a han, Tasaki." Tasaki looked up. For a moment, there was silence. "Shure." Tasaki grabbed Saruto's hand then got pulled up.

"That was a nice duel Tasaki. Though i wished i could see that ritual monster of yours."

"Yeah, oh well, we'll have to duel next Saruto, your a good duelist."

"Thanks."

They shook each others hand.

Nova was amazed by the battle that just happened. "Whoa, that was awsome."

Heero was impressed himself. "Well, i got to study more, this saruto may be my maker. But we'll see." Heero walked off to his dorm.

"So Tasaki, how long have you been going here. This is my first year."

"So your new here to huh? That makes two of us."

"Your new to?"

"Heck yeah."

The two just kept blabbing away for 15 minutes until finally they said there good byes.

"Seeya tommorow Tasaki."

"Same to you."

While walking away Tasaki looked back at Saruto.

"Man, i thought we were going to beat him. Damn. Oh well, always next time."

Tasaki trailed out into here thoughts. That boy was something, pretty good at dueling to. Plus not to menchen hes kinda cute.

 

What waits in store next episode, will Saruto's path lead him to victory every duel o just put him in a lonely rut, and why does Tasaki think Saruto's cute? Next time. Episode 3: Exploring Nova's Style

ooc: sure, any card created by yugioh maker themselves is okay here, ill start off and yes you can join. and the first episode will be up in atleast 1 day

 

Chancelor: Welcome Duel academy students and good morning. As you may know, you been asigned dorms. Starting today there will be no classes until the following day. We'll give you time to adjust around are campus and get to know it better. But we do aspect you to be on your best behavior. That is all.

Tasaki drew 5 card and an extra "i'll go first!" she inspected her hand "i play my Ninja Ninja i nattack mode and activate my Double Summon spell card so i can summon The Six Samurai - Irou!" she lay down a facedown "your move..."
