Davok
BUMP! Yeah, you can have the Celestial Guardians Aeon. I haven't really researched much about Chinese Mythology, now you've got me hooked. Anyway, how about we come up with a name for our RP?
Lemniscate
A couple of name ideas...The Gods' WorkshopF13: The BeginningCreation: Godwar Also, does Faction 13 wish to affiliate with Fractal Omega? (Link in my sig)
Zexaeon
F13: The Beginning seems like a good call. =p It's to the point. Also, glad I got ya hooked. xD Chinese Mythology kicks ass. And have you ever looked into the Chinese Zodiac? if you can find a really detailed site, you'd be surprised just how accurate it can be. o.o Japanese mythology is also really cool. And Greek. And Norse. And of course, the Goetia. And Egyptian. And Russian. And Indian. >_> Mythology in general is cool.
Lemniscate
I love Mythology.I am a little sick of Greek Mythology though, it seems to be overdone in stories.

Homer, Plato... the lists go on and on. You can't deny that the Iliad, Odyssey and Aeneid were just awesome, though. Not to mention the travel on the Argo. Lemniscate
All of it is great. Jason and the Argonauts is great.I don't dislike it, I have just read so much of it that I don't want to read anymore.
Zexaeon
I agree with that. I love Greek mythology, I've just had too much of it. I know Greek like the back of my hand already, so I read up on other types. I think next to Greek, I know the most on Chinese, followed by Japanese, then Norse. Slavik, Indian, and others I only have a basic understanding of.

Also, I don't think that in most of our Role Plays we should have Faction 13 directly involved since, well, hardly anyone knows about them. (in the F13 universe) Anyways, the Beginning sounds like a good idea. Also, have a good activity for you all. Take any character from any video game/book you want. Then adapt it into the F13 universe, with the character's own unique background, etc. Basically an interpretation of the character. Example: Mario Rossini: MD and Doctor of Medicine at Toad Town Municipal Hospital in Toad Town. Former adventurer and retired (formerly a construction worker). Saved Paula Roosevelt (nicknamed "Peach" by her friends) from the rogue gorilla Donkey Kong under the alias of "Jumpman". Brother Luigi continued Mario's booming plumbing company RossiniPipeworks. Lemniscate
Scott "Sonic" Hog, the blue-haired speed running wonder, won yet another event at the 4124 Olympics. He has been world-renowned for his speed, surpassing by far the others in his league. He is often seen with his friend Miles who always has a yellow dirt rag hanging out of his back pocket, for easy access when he uses it for contruction and plane repairs, which Miles is adept at. The two are inseperable, and have known each other for a long time.
Davok
BUMPISHNESS! Also, since I can't really come up with any new Faction 13 canon characters, I'll give you some other characters (and other groups) that inhabit the Metaverse of Faction 13. [spoiler=The Pantheon]The Elder Gods created the universe. After they completed their completion of the universe and set all things on their separate paths, they gave birth to Younger Gods who were there to supervise and make sure that Creation went into the right direction. These Gods usually split up into separate groups to manage certain things in a certain sector. Eventually one God (who's name I haven't come up with yet) banded all the other pantheons together in one singular Pantheon. Basically, a Guild of the Gods. These manage and license younger Gods to make their own pantheons and give them a certain space to work with. Most of these Gods are corrupt and power hungry. But hey, nobody's perfect. Not even a God. [spoiler=The Shinigami Order]Of course, not all Gods were happy about their assignment to guide the universe to a peaceful end. These Gods reigned over all archetypes that included Death, Destruction, Evil. They were nicknamed "Death Gods" and are officially known as the Shinigami Order. Each Shinigami has it's own "aura" related to what it rules over, and if any mortal thing goes into that aura will suffer the effects of that Death God's archetype. The Shinigami Order is ruled by Sauron (God of Apocalypse), who's second in command is Lich (God of Decay). The other members include Charon (God of Madness), Loki (God of Lies), Havok (God of Corruption), Kæl (God of Suffering) and many others. I'll go in depth about the Shinigami Order and it's characters later.

They're major Gods in Chinese and all, so would they be in the Pantheon? Or would they have their own Order?

Nexev
Siegfried "Nightmare" Schtauffen: The heir to a great knight legacy. When his father Richard died he was despondant. He stole Project Soul Edge, a sword his father was making that grew stronger by absorbing life energy (or Soul). However the weapon was more powerful than Richard could have imagined and grew to sentience. After managing to convince Siegfried that he wasn't insane he persuaded Siegfried to make a Faustian bargain with him to bring back his father. To gain the Soul necessary to perform a resurrection he dons a black suit of armor and becomes the serial killer Nightmare. All the while, Soul Edge is slowly picking away at his will, turning him more and more into is puppet.

Guest Supreme Gamesmaster
Username: Supreme Gamesmaster YddisacList of Role Plays you can list that you have participated(or participate)in:•Seven Demon Lords Saga•Super Smash Bros. Armageddon Saga•DRAGONFRONTS Saga•Super Smash Bros. Legacy•EnhancementsSkills that you Believe you have in Role Playing: I can create and role-play as any character, no matter how twisted or weak their psyche. Those characters I create are often startlingly deep, as once I create a character, I can completely domineer their mindset. I am therefore expert in altering my mannerisms, terminology, et cetera to more completely identify with a character.Faults that you Believe you have in Role Playing: I am incapable of mentally becoming a character who conflicts with my base values; for example, I could never play as a normal modern person, as he/she would no doubt fall in and out of a love I decree to be unique. Also, my aversion to psychopathic and sociopathic characters often turns my villains into anti-heroes as I struggle to ascertain their motivation.[spoiler=RPing Example: Fire Emblem VII, Chapter XXXI, Ninian's Perspective]I blinked awake, though my vision was still blurry. Several blinks later, the world I thought I had left became clear. I worked myself through the evaluation techniques that had kept my brother and me alive over the past several months. I was in a deep blue chamber with a curious ceiling, whose arcs seemed to radiate from a central point. Was this some netherworld reception chamber...? I blinked again. There were several blurry, shapeless figures standing over me. Blink — three blurry figures. Blink — wait, what? that couldn't be right. Blink — this has got to be some sort of miracle. On the left was the top priority. My brother hovered over me, smiling as radiantly as any star. Curious, that a beast of destruction could have such an inspiring smile... On the right, she barely glimpsed the figure; he had fallen back onto his knees as he sighed in relief, but his scarlet hair was unmistakable. Eliwood must have been immensely guilty over my "death"... although, in retrospect, the blow hadn't seemed to be his to control, and she evidently hadn't suffered mortal injuries, contrary to her initial evaluation. In the center was the strangest — an apparently faceless, dark green cloak. He, too, pulled away; as he did, I propped myself up on my elbows, promptly deciding that the room was made of stone. The cloaked figure murmured to the old man I recognized as Athos, the Archsage and member of the Eight Legends. The cloak then produced three items that were far too large for him to have been concealing: the claymore that had "slain" me, an enormous axe, and a long, sturdy katana with a large hand guard. That's when I realized the danger. Three earsplitting, unmistakably draconic roars echoed furiously about the chamber. A trio of fire dragons — two small, one massive — waited ahead of me. I was galvanized by the danger, I don't doubt. I promptly shifted into my draconic form and engaged the aggressors in combat. A simple blast of chilled air froze one solid; the second required some effort, but a few aerial maneuvers took it down. As I was recovering from my dive, however, I felt an immense heat behind me. Realizing I had no time to dodge the attack, I prayed that I would once again elude death as I awaited the blast of the last fire dragon.

And flattery will get you everywhere.@Davok: Writer. RP idea? Well, I keep doing this in Brawl, and it's fun enough, so...Super Smash Bros.: The RPG.[spoiler=The Plot in Seven Sentences]The Smash Alliance had been undisturbed since Tabuu's attack, but the peace was not to last. The great kingdoms of Dreamland, Calatia, and Mushroom have simultaneously declared war on the head nation of Archanea. After the king was killed in an onslaught upon the capital, the Archanean prince, Anri, called upon a group of elite knights and ninja to gather in the impregnable capitol fortress of Physr Chalderom, in the Taltal Mountains. Noting their presence is Link, a quiet but valorous lad who seeks to distance himself from his peers. Stowing away with one group of warriors en route to the perilous Death Mountain, he realizes that he must join Anri's defenders if Archanea is to survive. Unfortunately for Link, the ancient enemy of the ninja, Ganondorf, has returned to seek vengeance for a false execution, and he cares nothing for the politics of the world. Yes, there will be a Part 2. Hence, Anri rather than Marth. Debate, additions, et cetera are welcome.

I want to make sure I know what is going on.Marth/Anri, Roy/Eliwood, Ike/Hector, Link/Toon Link, Mewtwo, Rukario, Pikachu, Sonic, and a couple of Sheiks. Archanea is the continent upon which Fire Emblems I, III, and XI take place, and one empire on said continent, though Anri did hail from Altea.(Second Generation/First Generation. The characters are identical in combat, but the first generation characters feature fourteen years before the second generation characters.)
