Yes, it is. In fact, I posted it already, just waiting for SGY to post the Database.

 

And yes, I'm currently designing a massive scale MMORPG, which is basically a Fantasy Simulator in where you can do well... anything. In realistic bounds of course and in respect to Kabek's Law. You can bribe people, kill people, rule people, take over people, heck, you can even make an extortion racket and take over a village or something with your gang of mercenaries. The only limits is your imagination.

Theme can be a KH RPG. That is something almost no one, if anyone actually did, has made.
