So I was playing my new copy of Platinum and after I beat the Veilstone gym, Rowans assistant didnt ask me to help her get back her pokedex like walkthroughs have said so i cant move on :( help?

 

^Yeah' date=' Pinsir and Scyther used to be dual pokemon since the first gen. Just like Clefairy and Jigglypuff. Or Zangoose and Vipitis. You get what I mean. So why does Scyther get an evolution but Pinsir doesn't?

Should I replace Rampardos or Mamoswine with Dialga (on Diamond)?

 

I'm probably getting Dialga tomorrow and I'm going to soft reset till I get it shiny.

 

Rampardos is Lonely and knows Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Earthquake and Zen Headbutt.

 

Mamoswine is Bashful or Quirky (don't remember) and knows Avalanche, Stone Edge, Earthquake and Hail.

Neither. Dialga is an uber and isn't cool. The other two are very cool.

 

However if you REALLY want to Mamo.

I have an Aggron, it might not fit the criteria exactly but I've given it Head Smash and it has almost perfect IVs. What do you have to offer me? I have almost everything OU and under *3 so you'll be hard pushed.

 

You dont normally use your DS though, why the change of heart???

I can try to get what ever you want. Main reason I want it is because my friends have been playing and I want a team that won't destroy them, but it still good.

I know he's not but I'm going to keep resetting till I get him shiny, which is the only reason I'm going to use him. Other Pokemon I have in my team are Gengar, Infernape, Milotic and Staraptor. But I need all of those so I'm not going to get rid of any of them.

@FD: If it's purely for kicks, why in god's name aren't you using Charizard?

 

So the Aggron that I'm going to give you hax max SPE and ATK with Low Kick instead of Rock Polish but other than that it's what you were asking for. Could I get a copy of the Froslass?

Belly Drum Charizard is awesome against friends who don't know how to EV. Because they have no idea what "Taunt" is, and they don't know they are supposed to use it on a Ninjask. And then they are all surprised when I win with two Pokemon. Well, how the hell do you expect to take down a +6 Speed, +6 Atk Charizard?

 

Also, the best thing ever happened to the uber tier.

Because that is part of my NU team. I think I posted that too. If anything I can use my own for kicks team. This team, while for kicks, is just something I wanted to do.

 

Yea, I just need to get the Lass. FYI it won't have great IV since I don't really breed for that.

 

Also it might take a while since I'm not rushing on the team, but when I have everything together I let you know.

I need help with an in game team. Please bear in mind that I dont IV breed and most ill do is EV train and find the right nature. PLatinum btw.

"In game" refers to a team used during the story.

 

Anyway, Garchomp is Uber so that's an insta out.

 

Your movesets are fine if we look at them as singular pokemon, but apart from Bronzong all your Pokemon are offensively minded ( and even then your still running 3 attacks). You need bulk in general. If you want to run pure offensive then you need to rethink and make sure you have checks to common threats. Starmie doesn't need Rapid Spin because you're team isn't weak to Stealth Rock and you have three Pokemon immune to Toxic Spikes.
