Btw' date=' he might very well be a starter, as discussed by FD and I earlier.

[/quote']

When have they revealed a starter that early? The prevo is PURE Dark, and they're not changing their Fire, Water, Grass triangle. And Starters have 3 Stages, not 2.

While it is far from likely anything is possible.

Anything is possible, but it really isn't likely,

As said earlier, there is another triangle that involves Dark as a type. And they've only SHOWN two stages, it may very well have three. Or they might have chose to make the start only have two stages, it's possible.

How do you know they won't change the Fire/Water/Grass starter triangle? While it is unlikely, it's possible. Stop speaking factually when it isn't.

Let me guess? The Dark Triangle is Psy, Dark and Fighting, Amirite? Well, that doesn't work, seeing as Psychic doesn't affect Dark, so it will be unfair, unless they give it that attack....I think (Or is it an effect?)...really early in the game, and thats unlikely. So your Zoroark being a starter speculation has all of the odds against it. PLUS Game Freak reveals all of the starters at once, to not show that they have favorites, and to not alter the chances of one starter being picked over the other.

So, yeah. :/

Even if Dark takes no damage from Psy you wouldn't want to use it against a Dark type anyway. Also you forget that the starters never start with a STAB move so your starter will always have a move.

I do not think he is a starter for the same reasons you said, it's just they could easily totally change the rules of the game. I mean they have always added rules and made changes with each gen, so this gen should have some changes and changing the triangle would be a interesting change.

It would be an interesting change, but, really, don't fix whats not broken. You get what I'm saying?

And about the STAB thing, yeah, I know, but honestly, who would use a Psychic that doesn't have Psychic moves? (Excluding the few that can make due without them)

FD' date=' did I just get owned by Ice? I'm pretty sure I did. :/

Maybe, what other possable triangels could there be?

All the other working triangles (meaning that they do x.5 to the one ahead of them and x2 to the one behind them) involve Grass. So they're not going to change the other 2 for a different triangle.

Zorua is so cute <3

Nick-name time!

Zorua: Tails

Zoroark: Zoro' date=' Reaver, or Bently

[/quote']

I was going to do...

Zoroa: Lil Z

Zoroark: Zoro, Heath, Ledger, or Heath Ledger (if it fits)

I mean, the red on the mouth gives me that Joker/Heath Ledger vibe.

No comment on the fact that the Generation V games will be released on the DS? I find that odd, since no two generations have been on the same system. Unless the true successor to the DS arises already, causing development to change.

Zorua and Zoroark look great. Wonder what the starts for this generation will be?

I'm happy that Farfetch'd and Delibird are getting evos. Farfetch'd's evo looks awesome, but Delibird's look ridiculous.

Those were fake.....

Anyways, I really don't care about the DS thing, less money for me to spend. And, if you count the Game Boy Color as an upgrade, not a new system, then theres the 2 Gens on 1 system thing. So, IMO, the DSi is like the GBC. Just an upgrade.

I didn't consider the fact that another generation is going to be on the same console. I wonder how that will ruin their pattern (because in theory, then the first game released on the new handheld would be a RSE remake, and that just doesn't work).

Maybe work on the new console has not only already begun but Game Freak are allowed to work from it? Nah, I doubt that.

I'm not sure, really. Maybe they'll do what they did with GSC and when new handheld comes out, they release Generation 6 before the RSE remake. o.O

Well, the DS seems to be going strong still, and shows no signs of being replaced by any next gen handheld (yet), so it's not surprising that this new gen is gonna be on the DS.

Hell, DS and PSP seem pretty top-of-the-line as far as handhelds go. The only real way of improving them further is to enhance graphical performance.

What i think is that they will release it on DS.

It's just like thousand years away from now.

This is what there most likely to do if they remake RSE:

5th Gen -Next-> RSE Remake -Next-> 5th Gen 3rd game (like Yellow, Crystal, Emerald and Platinum)

This is a good point, I guess. They probably will just release some kind of (I'll call it 'DS 2.0' for now) with improved graphics, even though that's never been a big thing of Nintendo's (well, it has, but not really). In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the DS 2.0 wasn't a DS with sharper, more colourful and 3D (like, how the PSP is) graphics.

Also, I really don't see the first Pokémon game they release on the DS 2.0 being a RSE remake. At all. It also seems somewhat unlikely that the new generation and the remakes will be on the DS for some reason.

EDIT: I know it's wiki, so everything it says should be taken with a pinch of salt but... look: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_%28video_game_series%29#Handheld_games

RPG? Lolwut?
