Flame Dragon
Anyone have any thoughts on a Trick Room Team? I've been itching to try one out for quite a while now. Suggestions (Pokemon choices' date=' EV spreads, etc) are more than welcome.[/quote'] Trick Room teams are sweet, Ryhperior is an awesome sweeper for Trick Room.I can see Banded Medichan also being really good since his ATK would be 720 and he ouwld be faster then most pokemon. Probopass is win for that. So is Shuckle. I have a level 52 Shuckle with 9 speed. Top that. lol 9 speed You EV'd it for speed' date=' right?[/quote'] Who EVs Shuckle for speed? Also for those that use him you should keep a pokemon that can start up a Sandstorm around since jhe gets a 50% Sp. Def boost.
TrickyPooBoy
My slow Shuckle has Bold nature.
Felix
Making Shuckle fast has no benifits unless you run Power Swap, which then means you'd be KO'd by Tackle. It doesn't belong in Trick Room.
TrickyPooBoy
I know. Power swap fails. And even if you give it the focus sash, its bad speed is unreliable.

TrickyPooBoy
Even in trick room, shuckle doesn't work well. This is the best Shuckle, IMO: ToxicGyro BallIron DefenseAcid Armor
Felix
No, that's not very good. Shuckle might be slow but its ATK is abysmal so Gyro Ball will still fail terribly.
TrickyPooBoy
I thought Gyro Ball depended on Shuckle's speed -_- I'm stuck on Firered at the islands -_-

TrickyPooBoy
Knock Off fails, IMO. Encore'd pokemon will jsut switch out. Toxic is needed. Rest is pretty good.
Flame Dragon
Knock Off fails' date=' IMO. Encore'd pokemon will jsut switch out. Toxic is needed. Rest is pretty good.[/quote']Knock Off is really good since a lot of pokemon need their item to make them effect That's the point of Encore. They switch and you hit another pokemon with Toxic. Or if they don't we can switch in a free counter.

Tekken Ham
I need a better Swampert/Suicune counter. Suggestions?
Felix
Grass moves rape Swampert. Defensive Suicune can be shut down by Tricking it or Exploding on it; offensive Suicune is stopped by status or generally any faster sweeper.
Astro Dude
Ok' date=' thanks! After you battle him, or anytime after?[/quote'] You're welcome. After you battle him or cheat codes if you have an AR unit for the DS.
TrickyPooBoy
Focus Blast will sweep Suicune. Giga Drain will murder Swampert. Grass Knot on Groudon is epic win.
Felix
Focus Blast will sweep Suicune Not really. Plus a single Pokemon can't be swept. A sweep is when a Poke kills multiple others in a row. Giga Drain will murder Swampert Giga Drain is a bad move.
TrickyPooBoy
Giga Drain bad? 180 power + STAB + Big Root = OH SNAP! And are you gonna help me with my team, Felix? I'm gonna catch a bidoof and nickname it "Felix" >.> lol jk
