.Rai
Umm... If I'm correct, Cloyster takes one turn to set up. That's slow. Leads should be able to attack from turn 1. Doesn't help that Shell Smash is reducing your Defense while your opponent's attacking until you attack next turn. It's vulnerable to tons of crap, which doesn't help either. Its saving grace is that it has a high defense, even without EV investment. I find there's a rule in Pokemon where you only set up your boost sweepers against walls or completely useless or crippled pokemon. Also, Cloyster has a rather specific team, because it's more of a gimmick sweeper than a real generic attacker: 1. Support Lead2. Status-Inducer/Wall3. Status-Inducer/Wall4. Fast Sweeper5. Free slot.6. Cloyster

Tentacruel
Let's not forget that most leads spend the first turn setting up SR or something. If you happen to run into an attacker lead, just switch to a wall. And I prefer the Focus Sash. Cloyster is guaranteed to survive at least the first attack, and can sweep the next turn. Admiral Tim
cloyster already has base 180 Def stats and his Sp def. are already so low it's an instant OHKO from any attack really
Tentacruel
I know. That's why a focus sash helps.
.Rai
It's too predictable. A good team will have a counter to it (i.e. a Hazer/Phazer), and most likely a SRer to help with Phazing. Fun, but still gimmicky and easily countered.
Admiral Tim
It's an OU now so I guess Not a lead but mid to late game sweeper

Priority would still be a problem, but so long as your opponent can't attack back losing the ability to takes hits isn't that big an issue imo. But yea, Cloyster is best on a team built around him or that needs a good set up sweeper.

Vough
WHY YOU ALL SO GOOD AT POKEMON?I mean seriously, I'm just starting to actually try a good team (with correct natures and stuff =P) for Battle Revolution. I'll post it later. I have no idea how to play Pokemon competitively. Is there a BEST team, so far?

Flame Dragon
is it possible to breed in natures from an adult pokemon?Yes. When you have a female making babies, if she is holding an everstone you have a 50/50 shot of the baby having the same nature has the mom.
Vough
Why is Serperior so good? I don't see it as a good tank or wall or sweeper. It's movepool is incredibly small, too.
