J-Max
I have already bought this up in the Mod Forum but now I want awnswers. Why is Bloodrun suddenly a Former Mod? He can't do anything Mod related while there. Was is some kind of way to halt Mod Duties while a Inverstigation is going on? It's not a coincidence that he has been "Demoted" since I bought up the whole CC Things. A Very small part of me is starting to think that I may be next. Look Mods, Remove that Former Status NOW! This officially makes me the only Active CC Mod (Well maybe Yankee)
Zeroshot
When mods are banned, don't they automatically become former mods?
J-Max
Bloodrun appears in Both Former and Active. Someone has put him in former. Can't they see what this means? It was a crisis enough as it was. It was 1 little argument that Blood had with Faint. Don't strip his Mod Power!

J-Max
He did. But I asked him to perhaps reconsider. I was hoping he would stay until New Mods were appointed.UPDATE: I have also started to consider going on Strike. YCM needs a major Wake up call from La-La land to promote some Members to Mod the Various sections (Not just CC) I have always kept strike action as a Last Resort but seriously look at what yu are doing to me! I have to Mod even more now just to deal with the Constant Tidal Wave of Reports each day about damn n00bs. I offer up most of my free time but that is still no-where near enough. We need 4-5 Well experience Mods PER SECTION. The Forum now has over 200K Members and it is starting to Burst from the seams. General only has 1 Mod, Try 4-5, things will be a lot easier for everyone. Sure you may say "But we don't have enough candidates! LOOK AT THE MOD FORUM ONCE IN A WHILE! Me and the other Mods have requested quite a few Members to become Mods to help out. Seriously my Skin is starting to itch from the stress of it all. Things were a lot better 2 or 3 months back. We have been losing Mods left right and center. Words of advice, Promote Tea Leaf back to TCG, he did a fine job and was just a little upset at times. I am at the end of my Limits. Either YCM bucks their damn ideas up and Promotes people Pronto. Or you will have to find yourself a new Custom Cards Mod Team. You will NOT put me through this Strss. I WON'T ALLOW IT!!! Jovi Siagian
If only I can help you....but Jovi doesn't deserve yet to be moderator. What can normal members do? n00bs keep attacking this forum, and all we can do is reporting to the moderator of the said section.
J-Max
Meh...... As was described in a PM I recieved from a Member. I am now in a "Ludicrous" situation. Seriously I love YCM and all of you Great Members to bits but i'm desperate, I have cried up for help ever since Bloodrun was banned for that week and no-one listened. It's like the Mod Team doesn't exist, our thoughts are usually ignored. If you could see the Mod Forum you would understand that there are some Great Suggestions but not enough Action. I've just about had enough of being put in this situation.

J-Max
Custom Cards HellI have just about had enough of not being listened to. Me and the other Mods have asked time and time again for Possible additions to our Mod Team. You just Demoted Bloodrun (I don't know who the hell did it and I had better not know) Seriously' date=' This is becoming a major farce now. I am now the only Custom cards Mod left, you expect me to run the whole section alone? What the hell happened to teamwork around here huh?) Sure Darth has kindly offered to help me out (Which I am still grateful for even with how Angry I am now) He shouldn't have to do it. Darth is a Super Mod and takes care of various Stuff the Normals cannot take care of. Or perhaps you dislike the Custom Cards team as a whole and want to Demote all of us! I bet you're just waiting for the right excuse to slit my throat and end it all. I accepted the position knowing that I would have honest and Trustworthy Team Mates. Seems it all screwed up. Falling Pizza, I am begging you not just as a YCM Mod & Member but as a friend. Please... For the love of GOD promote some new recruits for the sections. I feel extremely pressured lately to Mod YCM and devote way more then enough free time to it. "BUT WHY NOT JUST LEAVE!" You may say laughing at your PC Screen. You know what? I can't leave, I have made some great friends on YCm but will not back down from my Duty. I'm sure a few of the other Mods could back me up on this one. Seriously, we are left in the Dark about most Updates, only being told through the Grapevine wwhen Members become stressed about the new change. I noticed that discussions about Bloodrun were positive, no-one wanted him demoted and were willing to forgive but NOOOOOOO He's now a threat to the stability of YCM and you just had to cut him out. Seriously if you have such regrest for the descisions for the CC Team then why don't you come out and say it? Don't Demote a member just because he had a little stress out. Bloodrun was a great addition to CC and I was honored to work with him, Both YCMaker and FP, LISTEN TO US! Don't hide away thinking that everything can solve themselves. Look, I have seriously had enough of the way things are run around here and you're probally going to Demote me for being honest. (You could probally find better CC Mods then us anyway) I have come to the simple conclusion. Until things change around here for the greater good I will be officially going on Strike. I will not awnswer any Reports from Members, I will not participate in any Idea Discussion, I will just be a Normal Member. CC will crash and burn without me to solely Mod it. I would ask that other Mods would consider joining me for this. Things have been turning for the worse for over a year now. "Desperate Times call for Desperate Measures!" This is not personal, this is merely a way of saying "WAKE THE HELL UP!!!"[/Quote'] Unlike some Mods, I don't hide my thoughts.
Skarlet
Trust me, If I thought I'd make a remotly decent mod I'd offer, I feel your pain though JJ, you might wanna look into the active members who follow the rules, Demented, dispite my feelings that he isnt my favorite member, might be a good mod. You have bo Negative just to see progress what kind of a Logic is that? "I Repped Scammed!" That's gets dealt with. "BOO HOO! My name is crappy!" That gets dealt with. "Please Sir? J-Max
I mean every word of it and am willing to put my Mod Status on the line. I would love to show how little is listened to in the Mod Forum but that's a Bannable offense. Yeah... It's easy to be Demoted but when around 8-10 people have all said the same person would be Worthy to Mod then *Crickets Chirp* Member before Mod that's what I have learned and am going with it. I am here as a Member now to voive the harsh Reality of what being a Mod is all about. You give up your Personal Life to do it. Just 3 Extra Mods would reduce that to a Quater. 4 Hours would become just 1.
Frlf
On another side of the note, isn't it ridiculous that the smaller section (Graphic Design) (Not counting Multimedia, since its new) has 2 moderators and General has 1? Its kinda relevant, since we're talking about moderation issues.
Skarlet
I'd love to see YCM get behind you here, and I wanna take action to help if you can think of anything I can do, but with no power, I cant strike...
Cyber Altair
true. GFX needs 2 because of the shops and requests but General needs about 3 mods and I'm serious about this cause General has the highest posts to threads ratio and is about as active as CC and having 1 mod on each of the sections is dumb. Yes you say theirs more but they're inactive. Yes we asked for them but they didn't do what's expected but hey that's life, nothing runs like you want it to. Just sack them and get new ones and hope they turn out to be what we expect them to be. J-Max, I thought a long time time ago you were just a pussy but you've proved to me know that you've got balls the size of something big so keep them alright. With no mod in the CC section for the first time since a really long time things should run like we want them to. Scary part is that YCMaker doesn't care about the forums, he may still not care as long as the cardmaker puts some green in his pockets.
J-Max
I don't need no Thanks CA. I am just doing what the Mod Team should have done a while back. I hope with all of saying this that you Guys and Girls still respect me as a Member. I'm just sick of the way things are run and want to see changes. There is one thing you peeps can do to help. Don't report any Topics. Yes I know it goes against the rules of being a Member (Bugger all they have done) But just don't report. I don't care if it seems like I am trying to rally together a group of Members to assist me with my Strike Action. The moment we see Bloodrun return and New Mods appointed to ALL Sections my resolve will be absolute. See what it's like to lose the last flame off CC Pizza and YCMaker. Morgan LeFlay
I agree that there should be more moderators. I'm sure there are many great candidates who would gladly volunteer. I will say though that even if there aren't any, I don't think the forums will become that cluttered, and there aren't many TRULY bad things that happen, besides the random, minor issues such as bad cards and no image credits. But I can see where mods would be needed to enforce the rules. I can see where you want to go on strike, and I agree that we need more mods to help cover hundreds of posts per day, but I just don't think this is going to prove anything. iKiller
I feel your strain. I say, give them a week. E-Mail him, whatever, just get his attention. I know you don't want to lose your Mod Status on a Forum this great, except now, it isn't great, if you know what I mean. There are hundreds of potential candidates we have here, all great members. Look at the members with 5000+ posts, they truly have shown dedication to the forum, so why not give them a go? YCMaker, Falling Pizza, you really are selfish t**ts aren't you? The last time you were active is to update the card maker, the time before that, to introduce a new feature that hasn't been used yet, before that, heck, before I joined. Seriously, if you care about the forum, then do something, J-Max is standing alone as a mod here, but as a member he has over 100,000+ members supporting him. The whole community vs. 2 Puny Admins, I wonder who's gonna win, yeah, kinda obvious. I'd gladly apply as a job for Moderator, but it'd be worthless, because as J-Max said, they won't do sh*t about it, so why bother?
JG.
J-Max, I know how you feel, I was once mod on a forum, a pretty popular one, about 50,000-75,000 members. I was once also the only mod in one of the sections for a month. Good god... It was hard and stressing. I can fully understand you almost wanting to strike as well, but at least give it one more chance. Just give YCMaker and Pizza a month or so, maybe a bit less, and if they still havern't done anything, then you have a right to strike. You then have a good reason.
