I have no idea how to build Macro Monarchs.

Personally, I hate Monarchs, but I wanted to make a Remove from Play deck.

 

While we're on the subject, what the hell is Macro Synchro? Stardust can't use his effect, and Goyo doesn't have any targets to revive. Sounds like it sucks to me.

Who doesnt? They ALWAYS Top-deck Raiza. Seriously, That kind of crap drives me up a wall :/

Umm.... Kirby? This was an offical ruling:

Stardust can' date=' [i']in fact[/i], still activate his effect. It just works backwards. in this case, If he gets returned to the Graveyard while removed via his effect, he wont return.
