You guys have had problems from day one. Just end it no more arguing its a waste of energy. I understand where both of you are coming from but, this nonsense has to stop cause you both sound like children right now.

 

Tommers2008 if your gonna say something about not doing anything for the set anymore, Expect to be asked the question why. Next time don't state what your not gonna do just don't do it.

Meh, i hate that it always sounds like i am trying to bring a fight or something.. its probably because of English so i don't sound like i would want...and i think that tommers got also problems with English, so that is really winning combination XD..

I also could use lot of smiles...:D

Like : "Hey, your card sucks...:D:D:D:D" , i guess then its ok ;) ...

OT: i just asked him to gave me reason, he didn't gave me..so i win XD :me_child: lol

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 face-up Warrior-Type DARK monsters with an ATK of 1500 or higher from your field. This card is unaffected by Trap and Monster Cards effects. When this card destroys a monster by battle, add the Level of the destroyed monster to this card. Instead of Tributing monsters to Normal Summon a monster, you can remove Level Stars from this card equal to that monster's Level to Special Summon it, after this effect is used, this card's Level becomes 0 and it loses 500 ATK and DEF. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, place it in your opponent's Graveyard. While this card is in your opponent's Graveyard, each time you or your opponent take damage, you and your opponent loses an additional 500 Life Points.

While this card is in your Graveyard, it can be used as a Synchro Material. When this card is used as a Synchro Material while in Graveyard, you can remove a number of Stars (max 3) from the Synchro Monster you want to Synchro Summon. For each Star removed you pay 1000 Life Points. Remove this card from play after the Synchro Summon is completed.

When this card is succesfully Normal Summoned, draw 1 card. If it's a Level 4 or lower Monster, Special Summon that monster. Each time a card is drawn, add 1 Hyper Counter to this card (max 3). By removing any number of Hyper Counters from this card, you can increase the Level of this card equal to the number of the removed Hyper Counters. During each of your End Phases, your opponent draws 1 card. If this card would be destroyed, you can pay 1000 Life Points to prevent this card from being destroyed.

When this card is successfully Special Summoned, increase your Life Points by 3000. This card is not destroyed by battle. Each time your opponent activates a Spell or a Trap Card, you gain 500 Life Points and he/she loses 500 Life Points. When this card battles a monster, increase it's ATK by the number of cards in your hand x200. When this card is attacked by a monster, decrease its ATK by the number of cards in your opponent's hand x100. When this card is destroyed, toss a coin, if Head you gain 1000 Life Points, if Tails your opponent loses 1000 Life Points.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up WATER monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Sea Ruler Counter on it (max 3). Once per turn, you can remove 3 Sea Ruler Counters from this card to gain control of 1 monster your opponent controls till the End Phase. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Sea Monster Token" (WATER/Fish/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 0) to your field for each Sea Ruler Counters on this card.

When this card is seccessfully Normal Summoned, put 2 Flame Counters on it. Each time you Summon a DARK monster, put 1 Flame Counter on this card (max5). When you have 5 Flame Counters on this card, you and your opponent send your Decks to the Graveyard except 1 random card, both you and your opponent draw 1 card and reveal it, if it is a Monster Card, its owner wins this duel, in case of both players get Monster Cards, the owner of the monster with the highest ATK wins.

fighting is childish. state opinions and discuss them, but dont fight. doing that is just stupid.

we are here to make cards and opine on them. not have girl fights. << oh, and bye the way tommers. you cant triforce because i have the wisdom part of it. so hah! :P

On your opponents turn, you may destroy one spell or trap card on your opponents side of the field. When this card is destroyed, you may add Fall of Ragnarok to your hand from your deck or graveyard. If Fall of Ragnarok is added to your hand from the graveyard, you must sacrifice 500 life points.

On your opponents turn, you may sacrifice 500 life points to destroy one of your opponents monsters. When Fall of Ragnarok is destroyed, you may add Ragnarok Ressurection to your hand from the deck or graveyard. If Ragnarok Ressurection is added to your hand from the graveyard, you must sacrifice 1000 lifepoints.

When Ragnarok Ressurection is on the field, you may add a card from your graveyard to your hand during your draw phase. Ragnarok Ressurection can't be sent to the graveyard by a spell or trap card. When Ragnarok Ressurection is sent to the graveyard or removed from play, all cards removed from play and in the graveyard are shuffled into the deck. The same number of cards are drawn and 1/2 of them are removed from play. The other half are returned to the graveyard.

woah....those are some pretty kick ass cards. great job kingdom01. hey, if i see some of them in a tournament, i'll be sure to vote for them. kudos on the ones i've seen thus far.

wow. i can't believe that nothing has been posted here in literally almost 3 months. well, now i am going to go and see what i can do about getting people back here. in other words, time to be the legend once more! :mrgreen:

and yeah, i know. that was somewhat kind of egotistical on my part. XD

I submitted these for set 2, but im not sure if they might have been overpowered. I tried to make some more draw / discard fuel cards that were situational. Are they too powerful?

 

Rusty Cog

Machine/LIGHT/Lv1/0/0

When this card is sent to the graveyard, activate 1 of the following effects:

* Reveal 1 "Rusty Cog" in your hand, and return this card to your hand.

* Shuffle this card and 1 other "Rusty Cog" in your graveyard to your deck. Draw 2 cards.

 

Rapid-Fire Spellbook

Normal Spell Card

Activate in the turn you have activated 2 or more Normal Spell cards. Draw 2 cards from your deck. If you draw “Rapid-Fire Spellbook” with this effect, remove it from play.

 

Premodern Tome

Continuous Trap Card

Toss 2 coins. For each heads, add 1 spell card from your graveyard to your hand. For each tails, add 1 trap card from your graveyard to your hand. If this card is not in your graveyard, those Spell/Trap card(s) cannot be activated.

 

Ecosystem Harmony

Field Spell Card

All Field Spell cards can and must be activated in an empty Spell & Trap card zone (more than 1 Field Spell card can be on the field at a time due to this effect). Each time a Field Spell card is activated, draw 1 card.
