Luna Lovegood
Perhaps, if a mod of a section is overloaded, they can make other mods temporarily mods of their section too. This would solve many problems such as 1 section having 20-30 reports, while others have none
Christian Exodia
That might solve some problems. *Rolls his eyes*
J-Max
If New mods aren't being prmoted to help then why would the Supers go out of their way to Promot me to say watch General Temp.
Guest Tiger
No. Just no. YCMaker assigns mods to a position that he thinks they should be able to handle. If he doesn't think they should handle a certain section, why should they be forced to moderate it?
GHawk
Yeah I agree with King of Dogs. if YCMaker didn't that person wasn't fight for a mod postion then that person wouldn't be a mod.
Atomix
No. Just no. YCMaker assigns mods to a position that he thinks they should be able to handle. If he doesn't think they should handle a certain section' date=' why should they be forced to moderate it?[/quote'] Exactly, if mods are chosen, they are chosen for the best section they are capable of. GHawk
Quick Question: Is the section with 20-30 reports a day the Club/Organization sub-section?
Atomix
Quick Question: Is the section with 20-30 reports a day the Club/Organization sub-section? No, it's the CC section.
Bloodrun
20-30 reports is nothing. The reports aren't the problem. Being a mod is not the problem. It's doing it, doing the job, taking the criticism, doing your job more, taking even more criticism, taking care of even more reports, taking more criticism, and all that in under an hour. Put more fuel into the fire, you cause a bigger flame. In other words, more mods, the bigger opportunity members have of Holding personal preference over the Truth. Assumptions and Generalizations, can cause very big collateral damage.
