Incognito Inc. made Twisted Metal 1 and 2. Both incredibly epic games. Then 989Studios got ahold of TM for awhile and almost manged to destroy the series with TM3....I still have nightmares.....then they recovered a LITTLE with TM4. Then Incognito regained control and released Twisted Metal Black and Twisted Metal Head On. Both of which can be closely compared to TM2 in gameplay.
