Change your brush set to the ''Basic Brushes''.Screen: Next edit the brush panel as...Brush Tip Shape: 3px Hard BrushShape Dynamics: OnSize Jitter IN SHAPE DYNAMICS: Set to 100% Scattering On: Scatter to 100% You should get some sort of starry brush.Screen: After you do this, based on your signature, change the brush color.If it is a black signature change the foreground color to white.If it is a white signature change the foreground color to black.Works with any color, preferably those two. 1. Make a New Layer2. Brush around with the Starry Brush on that layer3. Set Layer to a blending mode, anything that might look good. [Optional]4. Right click your starry layer, and click ''Blending Options''. You should have a nice starry effect on the signature now.Example of finished signature [5 Layers] Notice the stars only xD: Border will be explained in Border Tutorial.
