The current three of us are handling this quite well, and 660 members is not a relevant number, check the memberlist, more than 460 members have not even posted. Though, when we employ a new Mod it won't have anything to do with forum Loyalty, I'm quite sure the choice will be between sensible, mature members - hint hint.

You are not your post count remember that my fellow members, all it comes down to is how mature you are and how actice you are in the community meaning that a little star will go next to your name if you have contributed with an idea and or system that has benifited the members of this community.

i believe mods should be choosen on how much they post a day ' date=' their rep , how much they help, around the forum and how long they have been ere.[/quote']

I don't know about Dan and YCM, but my choice will not have anything to do with forum loyalty and posts, and definately not reps.

Reps - The rep system is an un-reliable way of describing the member.

Posts - One word - steven.

Loyality - How long a member hass been with us does have anything to do with being a Mod. Example: I took Dan 5 days to become a Mod, and took me roughly a week.

Alright seriously.......we need more mods.......definitely.

Tell us why and we may consider hiring another sooner' date=' as it is currently very-likely that we will be employing a new Mod to help us on the new forum anyway, we are handling the 40-50 loyal posting members very well. Check the memberlist, there are barely 200 members out of our 770 who have made 1 post or more.

Statistics for your enlightenment:

Members who have made atleast 1 post: 212

Members who have made atleast 2 posts: 164

Members who have made atleast 10 posts: 92

Members who have made atleast 50 posts: 38

Members who have made atleast 100 posts: 19 (Subtract the Mod team: 16)

Has anyone noticed the two recent porn posts along wth the viagra advertisment what drives people to do that?

Usually just to advertise, knowing that there will be one in every million people who may just click the links (Uneducated Estimation). Also, it is sometimes a 'Robot', as machine programed to sign up to sites and post said material.

iv been an advance member for just as long as u and i was lyk one of the first 5 people to sign up to this forum , plus i post a bit every day

The reason why you should not be a mod is exhibited in your post.

Actually I'm thinking more mods aren't necessary.....maybe just some more damage control will do the trick.
