I was wondering if when someone gets banned from ycm do you just get banned from the forums and can still use the card maker. or do you get banned from both.

Permanent ban:You can't post,give reputation votes and do other significant stuff.Although,you can still get online if you want{you only get banned from the forums}

IP Ban:You can't access the site at all.{which means you can't use the YCMaker either}
