Allows him to acquire the DNA of other animal's & then turn in to that animal, the animal will go limp until a few second's after he let's go of the animal, once the DNA is acquired then he can become an exact replica of that animal whenever he want's. if he stay's morphed for over 2 hour's he will be stuck in that morph.

When he is in a morph he is capable of communicating to people through the mind.

Clan description: the Hizashi clan are know for their brilliant tactics and their powerful ice and water based jutsu

bloodline trait: can lower his body tempeture so greatly that he can freeze things by mearly touching them (example: when he walks he can freeze the ground he steps on) it takes up chakra however

main element: water and ice

Jutsu: water and ice dragon jutsu, white whale jutsu, ice wave jutsu, ice prison jutsu, ice and water clone, water wall jutsu

sepical jutsu/s/: water style: aquatic tomb jutsu (a tidal wave from all sides that collapses on the opponent), sacred art: ice moon blade (turns entire right arm into a huge ice blade)

(in the village hidden in the snow a young ninja stands in the office of the Kurikage (i made it up) the elder woman looks at the young shinobi) Nekuru: you asked for me lady Kurikage?

 

Kurikage: yes Nekuru, lately we've been gathering information from the sound village, it seems that sanke in the grass Orochimaru has been spotted lurking around villages in the land of fire, word is he's looking for something

 

Nekuru: so u want me to go down and investigate?

 

Kurikage: (nods) now listen boy, i know how you like to get in over your head, don't do anything reckless, this is a reconisince mission and nothing more, do i make myself clear?

 

Nekuru: yes milady

 

Kurikage: good, start by checking around the sound village first, if there is anymore information your able to gather report it back to me, your dismissed
