The official YCM Obituary thread.I see it as a thread similar to the Ban index, but it about members on leave or who have quit YCM all together. Darth or somebody will look over the Leaving/Return thread and add any members who aren't online anymore. It's basically the Ban index meets the L/R thread (and stickied).
