This card can only be ritual summoned with the ritual spell 'Final Contract With Death', this card's ATK and DEF is equal to the number of cards in your graveyard x 500. If this card is summoned by the effect of 'Cerberus-Dark Beast' increase the ATK of all DARK monsters on the field by 600 and decrease their DEF by 300 (excluding this card). All other card abilities that activates in the graveyard, targets a card in the graveyard or draws strength from the graveyard are negated.
