"Alright!" cheered Jade as the Pokeball - now containing a Magikarp - returned to her hand triumphantly. "I'm going to get a Gyarados soon!" Having just fought the fish, she reckoned it was somewhere between level 15 and 19, having displayed being able to use tackle. For once Jade actually felt quite pleased with herself. An hour beforehand, she had secured capturing a Hitmonchan. Now with just one spare Pokeball left, she wondered what to use it on.

 

A Dratini would be nice, she thought. Or maybe a Grimer. It doesn't matter which really I suppose.

Outside Pokemon: Charizard, Alakazam, Blaziken

Bio: He was raised in a town that used Solar Power as its main energy source. He was the son of the town's Gym Leader and was very energetic. He caught a Shinx there, and raised it. He was offered to be a Gym Leader by another region and went. He now is the sixth Gym Leader that Trainers will face on their journey.

BIC: Ben walked to Trainer Bridge when he saw a notice on the bulletin board. "Watch Out! There are dangerous thieves in the area. While mainly they steal Pokemon, you should stay indoors unless accompinied by Pokemon of your own. Once again, be careful. Thank you, Your Local Police Services. As a side note, this team of criminals calls themselves Dendow, and all of them wear Black Bandana around their necks."

 

Ben was shocked to see the note on the board. The person I just fought was... a Dendow?

 

Ben continued his walk to Trainer Bridge to challenge the next Trainer when his friend, an Etai, or Nature, Trainer stopped him to ask him a question. "Hey, Ben. You got some Pokemon, right? I just got one too! Wanna battle?!"

 

Ben smirked at the challenge, "Sure. I'll battle you."

 

"Go, Treecko!"

 

"Mudkip, come out!"

 

"Tackle! Now, Treecko."

 

Mudkip dodged the attack and flung itself at Treecko with a Tackle of its own. Treecko unleashed an Absorb, which damaged the Mudkip to a point of almost fainting.

 

"Return, Mudkip! Pachirisu, come out!"

 

Pachirisu shocked and paralyzed the Treecko, and finished it off with a Tackle.

(after flying for close to a half hour Zach grew hungry and told dragonite to land, after landing in a small town Zach wandered over to the Pokemon center and got some food) Zach: (thinking) wierd, no one's around maybe i shouldn't have left, at least i'd have Horus to talk to (suddenly he saw a female trainer enter the Pokemon center)

Ben walked into the Pokemon Center with a smile on his face, then saw that one of the Elite Four was in the Pokemon Center, in his town! That was strange enough. Ben walked up behind Zach and tapped his shoulder.

 

"Aren't you in the Elite Four? Zach, right?" Ben asked curiously, already knowing the answer.

 

Ben walked to the counter where another Trainer was having her Turtwig healed.

[Altαir]

"You might be able to win this time" Wayne said with a smirk on his face. "Or maybe you won't. Now, Jolteon, Volt Tackle. Espeon, use Sunny Day." The Espeon went first, and emited a bright glow that brought out the sun. The Trainer, named Shane, had orered his Garchomp to use Dragon Claw. The Garchomp did as it was told and charged at espeon. Quickly, Wayne had ordered his Espeon to use Psybeam. He reacted quickly, using psychic power to force a beam to hit the dragon. It was then Jolteon's turn, who was a little tired from the previous round. Jolteon charged himself with electricity and smacked into a penguin like pokemon, Empoleon. The Empoleon fainted, but Jolteon was panting, so Wayne brought him back.

"Go, Luxray. Use Solar Beam on the Garchomp. You too Espeon." Wayne said as he threw a pokeball to the ground. They both hit the Garchomp with intense power from the sun. The power was enough to make the Garchomp faint, and the announcer made the call that Wayne won. With this Wayne said what he always said to anybody who lost to him. "Better luck next time." he said as the Trainer walked depressingly away from the gym.

OoC: So the evil Team is Team Dendow? Then I will fight them!

 

IC: Ryuuta walked out of his gym. Today was his day off. Finally, a day without battles or hotshot trainers. Just a day in the hot springs and pretty spring maids. Ryuuta thought to himself as he made his way to the city's hot spring. Then, as he crossed the town square, he was a commotion. Two men wearing black bandanas on their necks were battling a trainer 2v1. Ryuuta quietly walked to the scene. The young trainer with his Mudkip was desperately tried to fend off a Gengar and Duskclops at the same time. "Now Gengar, Shadow Sneak!" yelled one of the attackers. Ryuuta took no time to react. He sent out his Snorlax which absorbed the Shadow Sneak without much damage. "If you want a fight, come and get some!" taunted Ryuuta to the men. The antagonists looked at each other, then looked out to Ryuuta. "Hey! No one taunts Team Dendow!" shouted one of the thugs. The Gengar and Duskclops abandoned their original prey and went after Ryuuta's Snorlax. Ryuuta sent out his Castform. "Go! Shadow Punch!" shouted both of the thugs. Both Pokemon hit the Snorlax, but didn't do any damage. "Huh? What the heck?" the thugs said obviously confused. "Heh. Ghost-Types don't hurt my Normal-types." replied Ryuuta simply, "Now Snorlax, use Crunch! Castform, Blizzard!" The Snorlax sped towards the Gengar with suprising speed as the Castform gathered icy energy. The Gengar was KOed and the thug screamed, "NO! I NEVER LOSE!" Castform released a huge blizzard from its mouth which the Duskclops barely dodged. "Retreat! We'll be back punk!" shouted the thugs as they ran into a nearby alley. Ryuuta approached the trainer with the vicimized Mudkip. "You ok there?" asked Ryuuta softly. The trainer quietly muttered yes and rushed his Mudkip to the Pokemon Centre. Ryuuta checked his watch. It read 6:00 pm. "Damn it! So much for my day off..." muttered Ryuuta has he headed back to his gym.

At the inn where Ben was spending his time, the TV's were continually broadcasting the Sinnoh News Channel. "Hello, welcome back to our 24/7 coverage of the Kasai Region's continual harassment from the mysterious Dendow, who seem to be stealing Pokemon and extracting their powers. ALL TRAINERS DO NOT GIVE YOUR POKEMON TO DENDOW OFFICERS."

 

These Dendow were out of control. It was one thing to be a threat to our region. But if Sinnoh thought it was a threat, that was a large problem.

 

Ben was sweating out the problem over some tea in the cafe when another Trainer was walking in. He walked to the counter and asked for some herbal medicine for his Pokemon and some Tea for himself.

 

The Trainer walked over to the table where Ben was sitting, "So, you heard about the Dendow surges in these towns. They have captured a few Pokemon and released the energies from it. Supposedly, if they had a Pikachu, the extractor could take out its electricity and use it in humans. Some of the Dendow higher up in the chain are supposedly able to use Pokemon moves as well. If you ask me, some Trainers need to stand up."

 

"So, you've heard?"

 

"Who hasn't? They are out of control! The Kanto & Johto radio channels are broadcasting continuous warnings about them. They aren't just here. There are rare Pokemon in other regions. They are... deadly."

 

Ben stared at this Trainer as Mudkip at some Berries next to him. "So, what are you gonna do about it? You seem dedicated?"

 

"I am going to go to their leader and I am going to destroy him with my Pokemon."

OoC: Sorry it took me so long to start! What is the name of the island you're on, Youarehere?

 

IC: Max was feeling good after obtaining Torchic. He always liked to sleep a little extra than needed, and so a lot of the Starter Pokémon had been taken already. Lucky for him, none of them had noticed the Torchic, and Max had grabbed the Pokéball without a moments hesitation. He was strolling through the town, heading for the forest while examining his Pokéball. He was eager to catch some Pokémon.

 

After a short walk, Max arrived at the forests edge, telling himself not to go too far in, especially when Team Dendow were terrorizing so many villages. However, Max knew the rarest Pokémon were always at the deepest points of areas, and he had decided that was best, as the rarest were often the toughest as well. So he released Torchic for the first time and crouched down to look at him. "Cute little thing, aren't you?" Max smiled. The Torchic answered by pecking him on the forehead. "Ahh, come on. If I hadn't taken you, you'd still be stuck in this Pokéball back at the lab, wouldn't you? Come on, let's catch some friends."

[The Warden]

Rowena had dozed off in the park, and Riolu was poking something he shouldn't. 'Nuh, oh, must;ve dozed off' she muttered, ooking at her watch. 'FOR 3 HOURS!?' she grabbed Riolu and ran back to her gym, where the workmen were having smoko. 'Sorry I'm late, so, are you finished?' she asked. 'Almost, we hit a little snag when a trainer burst in an hour ago and demanded a match. The freak went psycho as we tryed to calm him down after telling him that you weren't here, evidently Forry kicked him out after whacking him on the head, we just a have a small section to finish off'. 'Good good, still, Forry always was enthusiastic, a little too much, but no harm done, he was just whacked by a steel coated bag worm'. Rowena went inside to find her pokemon also sipping tea. 'Hello there guys, having fun' she asked them. They all nodded happily as Forry re-heated the tea, and Metang gave it to her. She sips it happily. 'Very nice, try some Riley' she said, handing the cup to her diminuitive mon. It claps happily.

IC: Max was struggling to prevent Torchic from running ahead into the deeper part of the forest. "No, Torchic! It's too dark!" Max would say as he desperately tried to hold Torchic in place. Whenever he thought he had him, Torchic would squirm through some hole in his arms and scamper around. However, at least he seemed to be smiiling now. "Torchic, st-Torc-TORCHIC!" Max cried as he spun round and tried to follow the Chick Pokémon. "Alright, Pokéball!" Max said as he tossed the device at Torchic, enveloping him in a red glow and absorbing him. "Finally!"

IC: Max was walking towards the edge of the forest. Torchic had lead them quite deep, and he needed to catch the weaker Pokémon at the edge. After a few minutes of walking, Max could see sunlight through the trees again, and decided to look around for Pokémon.

[Naimo]

Jade wandered around furthur, letting Wurm, Leafline, Hitmonchan and - when possible - Wailmer and Magikarp fight. She was growing fonder and fonder of her team; there was something soothing about them. They seemed to get on pretty well as well, despite their massive differences. Jade couldn't help smiling at them - it wasn't everyday she saw a team getting on very very well with each other. Eventually her Wurm reached the stage and became a Silcoon.

 

"Yes! I'm going to get a Beautifly!" she cheered happily.

Max was looking through a group of bushes when he heard a bark from behind him. He turned to see a Poochyena growling at him. "Finally! Torchic, come out!" The Pokéball flew into the air and the Pokémon appeared. "Peck!" Max ordered. Torchic had been itching to battle, and so he attacked without argument. "Chic!" he chirped, the pecked the Poochyena. It was dazed for a moment, and Torchic used the time to use Growl. "Alright! Ember!" Max shouted. He was getting confident. A small stream of flames shot from orchics beak. The Poochyena spun once, then fell to the ground, barely still concious. "Pokéball!" It hit, and it beeped to confirm Max's first capture. "Yes! Better get you to the Pokémon Center, Poochyena!"

[Naimo]

Jade saw the male trainer with Torchic by his side capture the Poochyena. "Hello, I saw you capture the Poochyena. I'm Jade."

Max smiled. "I'm Max. Are you a Trainer?"

[Naimo]

"Yes I am," answered Jade. "What other Pokemon have you got? Apart from Leafline -" She indicated her Turtwig. "-Wurm-" She pointed to her Silcoon. "-and Hitmonchan, I've also got Wailmer and Magikarp."

[Flavour]

"Actually, I've just started as a Trainer. I only have these two, Torchic and Poochyena. I'm heading for the Pokémon Center now, wanna come?"

[Naimo]

"Sure why not?" They began to walk to the Pokemon Center. "I've only just captured all but Leafline. I've been training with him for a while now. He should be able to evolve into a Grotle soon, he can already do Razor Leaf." At her words Leafline said something which sounded like a refusal. "You know, sometimes I feel he refuses to evolve. It's almost like he enjoys being a Turtwig."
