Lemniscate
RAWR IM SHOOTIN LIGHTNING Discuss. Oh' date=' and discuss Archfiends as an Archetype, too, I suppose.[/quote'] It's like a Snipe Hunter that's harder to summon, cost 500 LP per turn, and can only kill if designated as a target. That sounds like win to me. [/sarcasm]

Oh' date=' and discuss Archfiends as an Archetype, too, I suppose.[/quote'] Archfiends as an Archetype are pretty fun, I built Tele-Archfiend a while back* this card is inferior to Mist Archfiend though in a proper Archfiend Deck, which runs Skill Drain, abusing Soldier and General's high ATK as well as Mist's effect. Chevalier
I'd rather run TRA.

[/sarcasm'] Snipe Hunter has a discard cost, can't self-protect, has 1000 less ATK - actually, Snipe Hunter is completely different from any perspective other than a superficial one. Or one could wish that they were created properly. Define "proper" in the context of the Archfiends. Give them some actual synergy. Give them a gimmick other than maintenance costs and horribly inconsistent self-protection that only works against targeting effects. In fact, give them a win condition that isn't "Do generic stuff and hope you win", and that isn't that one OTK that I'm not even sure works. A●O●J
Archfiends are very fun to use, but pretty crappy at a tournie. He has a nicer roll effect than other archfiends and combined with Dark Bishop Archfiend, its pretty hard to target him. I friggin love archfiends. Lighting Strike FTW! Toffee.
1000th post ftw And what would be funny, Is if you target Mr.Lightning with Snipe Hunter, Lightning activates, Gets a 6, Destroys Snipe. Its like: "HA! PWND BY YOUR WEAKNESS!"inb4Pokemon Although, I doubt that would ever happen...
CrabHelmet
Its like: "HA! PWND BY YOUR WEAKNESS!"inb4Pokemon As far as I can tell, Types in the Pokemon Anime are used solely so that Pokemon can show off their ridiculous power by curb-stomping an opponent against whom they should be weak. Dude, Thats some yugimonz crap right thare! And what ironic, Is that Rhydon, from that episode, was cursed with that ability(Although, it actually works better in-game)
