CC takes sizable chunks from pokes that choose to switch in, while Fake Out + Mach Punch/Sucker Punch takes out good chunks to notibably that combo KOs full health Jolteon and Latias. Not a sweeper but definately good for picking of late gamers and frailer Pokes. The SPE EVs out speed some things, I can't remember what.
