Btw, I'm the easiest to beat of the bunch as I have about as much experience as you in Pokemon. But I'm just that kick ass at that kind of stuff.

Wasn't my best game, I used a pretty generic team. It was a rushed set-up, I need to make a better team for next time. =D

An RU Pokemon used in OU play, that is actually good? No wayz.

 

In normal Pokemon, using a Rampardos means you are either an idiot, using a gimmick set, or trying some wierd sweep in NU. Too bad, because this is the hacked tier.

 

Rampardos quickly made it's way from SU/BL to Limbo to NU. After testing, it was soon realized that nothing could save Rampy from a horrible doom. Low Speed and low Defenses on both sides led to it's downfall. But, this set patches up both of those weaknesses... in one!

 

At 471 Attack, I don't think this Pokemon needs any help with that. Sure, with a Belly Drum, 1884 Attack sounds nice, but leaves too many weaknesses to pick on.

 

Speed Boost was chosen to increase Rampy's Speed as the battle progresses. With 6 Speed Boosts, that's a *4, making Rampy's maximum Speed a 944.

 

Substitute and Protect are half the set. Substitute when you feel your opponent will switch out, and Protect when they attack. Sub+Protect not only let's you get more Lefties recovery, but also more Speed Boosts. Speed Boosts patch up the slowness, and Substitute patches up the low defenses.

 

Item and EVs are straightfoward.

The vid is being published as we speak. But it might be too long for YouTube's standards when sped up to x2 and x8.

 

Stall war at the end was sped up to x8 and it's still 12 min long. If my parents weren't jabroniing at me, I totally would've dragged the match even longer.

 

The hax really won the match though.

 

There were at least 2 instances where I could've killed Bliss, but was haxxed to death and didn't get the Body Slam off.

 

Also, Imma use Bannette in my sig as soon as I get the pic rendered.
