Queen-Dragoon
Yes! A challenging match. The first time I faced Flame he scraped (well... he was unlucky) a 2-0 victory.

goldenboy820
You guys are having a tourney?Oh I just found the perfect synergy of pokemon!Blissey and Skarmory/Steelix!This is the best combo. Almost ever... BlisseyMoves:SoftboiledPsychicDouble team(may change foe substitute)Toxic(may change)Nature: I forget the nature.... the one that raises defense and lowers attackItem: leftovers(duh) Skarmory/SteelixMoves:Spikes/EarthquakeArial ace/Double edgeProtect(definitely gonna be changed)/ Iron tailRock slide(just a filler for now)/ Stone edgeNatures: Skarmory's raises his SP.def and lowers it's SP.ATK, whilst Steelix is AdamantItems: leftovers/Quick claw(may change) Ev's:Blissey: 252 DEF, 252 SP.DEF, and the rest is to SP.ATKSkarmory:252DEF, 252 SP.DEF, and the rest to ATTACKSteelix: 252ATK, 252 sp.DEF, and the rest to DEF(They are all level 100 already) The point of this team is to wall EVERYTHING: Whatever skarmory/steelix can't stand, blissey will: not to mention all the support of the team. Skarmory serves as a somewhat tank, absorbing hits and dealing damage, like steelix: Blissey heals herself and acts as a somewhat cleric to the team.On my friend's wifi i was able to beat several teams! However i am looking for help on the movesets: so can someone help plz(p.s if there are any typing errors let me know plz.)Also, criticism will be accepted, but plz dont try to get on my nerves(if you are like that). And no sarcasm, I really want to know if I did a good effort training this team.Tnx. The point of this team Ev's
Felix
Dude, you found? It's freakin' SkarmBliss. It plauged 3rd gen but now it's not so hot because of P/S split; old news is old. There are so many better defensive cores now; you really need more experience:/

Zexaeon
*resists the urge to laugh* No offense, Golden (okay, maybe a little), but SkarmBliss is extremely old news. Just about everyone in 3rd gen used it in OU, and it's still quite frequently used today.
Queen-Dragoon
I just generally dislike legendaries in OU play. Cresselia particularly. Golden, I REALLY mean no offence here. But this is exactly what we mean when we say you need experience. You need to know which Pokemon are most common.
Zexaeon
=O But some Legendaries suck in OU play, Queen. Like Articuno, for example. xD It's only useful on a Hail team, and only if it's used right.

Tekken Ham
I know' date=' I know. But doesn't Latias being in OU bug you OCCASIONALLY?[/quote'] Latias kinda irks me. But Cress is a jabroni. And I learned this from two battles. Also, I need help on an Umbreon set. According to two different IV calculators I have:HP 25 - 29 Attack 15 - 24 Defense 5 - 9 Special Attack 31 Special Defense 25 - 29 Speed 5 - 9 The problem is it's Calm. Freakin' Calm. Although, I don't think it would function as a Curse-breon with it's craptastic defense. So, first of all, which evolution should I use? I was thinking Umbreon to take advantage of the high Sp.Def and the Hp. But Jolteon can take advantage of my 31 Sp.Atk IV's, I would also like to find a more precise IV calculator, because Serebii's is slightly inaccurate and gave me false hope of HP Electric before I checked with the characteristic of Eevee and that threw the type from a possible Electric, to a possible Dark. But for Umbreon I would think:Umbreon @ LeftoversCalm/Careful/Sassy (+SpDef, -Atk, SpAtk, and Spe respectively)252 Hp/ 40 Def/ 216 Sp. DefWishYawnProtectHP Ground/Ice(?)/Sucker Punch/Payback Will work as Special Sponge, eating up Special attacks and Wishing away damage. Wish because it's win. Yawn for Sleep Support and to force switches. Protect to get the Wish in. And to scout. HP Ground to eat Heatrans, Ice to eat Latias on the Calm nature. Sucker Punch on the Careful nature as a priority move. And Payback on the Sassy nature because it's really funking slow.
goldenboy820
OMG I see what U guys mean!Ok, I do need experience in competitive play: I am just so used to fighting legendaries.However....Old or not, it is a good strategy.Anyway I found a new combo of porygon-z and Dusknoir(such a lovely pokemon!)My friend was nice enough to train both to level 100 for me, with max ev's, movesets, and such: all for a shiny cresselia! that's it!Anyway whether this is a already made combo or not i'm still using it. Felix
A Normal type and a Ghost type on the same team is not a combo it's just a sensible thing to do thanks to an instant three immunities:/ EDIT!!!: http://www.smogon.com/tournaments/worldcup/  Zex/Flame/Dark/Dragoon, I hope you guys are going to enter. It's unlikely any of us will get in/win our 1st match but it's worth trying.
Tekken Ham
I can has help on my Umbreon EV spread?
Felix
Use the Serebii one, it'll tell you what its stats will be. Then use damage calcs on to what this guy is supposed to be sent out on and what people suppose can counter it. At a glance, if you want to make it a Special Wall just Max HP and SpD. If you want it to be a Wish Passer max Hp and even Def and SDef out so it can survive a few none SE blows on both sides of the spectrum. I haven't checked Smogon for it but that's the usual way you'd go about it. EDIT: I found another competitive guy, Ƨőųł~ɸ~Ƒĭɍҿ. He's pretty good; he like UU so Zex, get crackin'. Tekken Ham
After some calcs I learned stuff. The EV Spread used for calcs 252 HP/ 200 DEF/ 56 Sp.Def With my craptastic IV's this gives me stats of:HP: 390DEF:282Sp.Def: 336 With those stats I can live(With these pokes having 31 IV's in all stats): [spoiler=Long Ass Calcs]LO CC from standard Smogon Nasty Plot MixApe.Between 266 and 313 damage LO CC from Max Attack, non boosting nature Ape.Between 313 and 369 damage (Rash) SpecsMence Meteor does:Between 237 and 279 damage (Naive)LO 0 DD Mence Outrage does:Between 185 and 218 damage ^+1 DDBetween 277 and 325 damage ^+2 DDBetween 368 and 433 damageBleh. Rash ScarfTran Fire Blast does:Between 153 and 180 damage.Yay! Modest, Specs, Worst Case Scenario Latias Meteor does:As much as Mence. Modest, Max SpAtk, CM Latias Meteor does: -2 between 89 and 104 damage-1 between 117 and 138 damage+/- 0 between 175 and 205 damage+1 between 261 and 306 damage+2 between 346 and 408 damage I think this spread would work. It can Wish off ScarfTran's attacks, and +0 LO Mence Outrages. And +0/+1 Latias Meteors. Granted Umbreon has Protect. It can also take CC's to the face from MixApe and DDMence Outrages to the face. But it doesn't really counter either poke. It just Wishes, Protect, Yawns, and Protect. Or just Yawn and Protect. Thoughts on the spread?

Dark
Ugh, please don't drive me to insanity. Someone called me a hacker because I used 4 legends on my OU team. And 2 of them were freaking UU legends. That guy was a moron, and it's rubbing off on you. Second, apparently running Latias in an OU team makes me a "nubbycake", and running 5 OU Pokemon in the OU tier calls me a "inexperienced member". Felix
Which of us was complaining? To be honest I think an occasional legendary ban on the OU ones makes sense because they're all so good. Using them in a Standard OU match is just smart though.
