Kay' date=' just PM me if you feel like battling. ^^ And again, thanks for the Groudon help. I'm sifting through viable trade options now - don't wanna trade you anything crappy for it.

[/quote']

Just bring the EVs you think are best and I will clone a copy for me and give you back the original. I am working on your Groudon right now, so if I don't have it by tomorrow, I'm either dead or in the hospital.

We can do our "test" battle for me to see your EVs in action tomorrow, or maybe Sunday after I've traded you the Groudon.

What good Pokemon do you think fits well in a team with Togekiss and Salamence?

Something resistant/immune to both Electric and Ice. Maybe a Magnezone, or just a full-out Blissey, since most Ice and Electric attacks are Special anyways.

I'm getting the DSi this weekend. I'm going to try and do an experiment with the camera. What I'm doing is taking a picture of a person or pokemon from pokemon (duh) and see what I can do with it. I saw a small video of someone changing another persons face with the DSi and see if I can with the charactor.

Splendid, Dark, simply splendid.

M'kay, we'll do our test whenever you're ready. Also, I'll be accepting exebition matches today (since it's the last day before the Tourney starts). But only until 6:30 (probably), as I'm getting off after that (again, probably)

Aeon vs. Dragoon

I started with Abomasnow, who called Hail as soon as he arrived. He was againstr Ninjask. Instead of Sword Dancing, like I should have in anticipation of the protect, I gave away my Ice Shard secret, which was protected against. The threat of a Shard forced Ninjask to run away scared, switching into Infernape. Infernape took the shard and readied a Flare Blitz - however, I then switched into Froslass, whose Snow Cloak allowed her to avoid the next hit, and counter with Thunderbolt. The next Blitz knocked her down to 1 HP with Focus Sash, and the recoil/hail saw to Infernapes untimely end.

After that, Ninjask returned. I tried to hit it, but it used substitute and Protect to outflank her.He passed into Metagross, after I switched into Abomasnow. Abomasnow managed to break the substitute before Meteor Mash killed it.

Mamoswine arrived on scene. After Snow Cloaking a Meteor Mash, it killed with Earthquake. Then it proceeded to sweep the team.

Result: 5-0

Hail teams are major fail. Sandstorm teams are epic-er.

With my new EVs, I created 2 BRAND NEW teams. No more exhibition matches for me, cuz I hold a good secret for my Phys. Wall.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I haz Blissey too xD

Thans for the advice anyway =)

Hows this for a Blissey moveset

Fire Blast

Toxic (Should toxic go for calm mind?) That way by investing 252 EVs in D and SpA It'll be an attacking wall! =)

Ice Beam &

Softboiled?

=/ Dark, something that is "major fail" shouldn't be able to 5-o anything. Not to mention my first battle with Felix was me using this team, in which he only 2-0'd (and I probably could have won it had I not made so many stupid predictions).

Anyway, I put real effort into raising it, and it works very nicely, so I'd appreciate you not addressing it as major fail. -.-

Aeon vs. J

Abamosnow came out first, against Salamence. He had to Dance in order to boost the attack back up, since Salamence intimidated him. But then he managed to finish things up with an Ice Shard. After that, he delivered a Mighty Ice punch to the incoming Blissey, who Fire Blasted and missed. She ran away, switching into Rhyperior, who took the EQ from Abamo. Another EQ saw him down. Dragonite was next, he arrived on scene and took an Ice Shard, barely surviving to finish off Abamosnow before succumbing to Hail damage. Mamoswine came out, facing Blissey, and finished her quickly. Togekiss arrived next, but a well-aimed Ice Shard handled him as well. The last one was Graveler. I thought he might Explode, so I switched to Froslass, only to be EQd. So I just had her wrap things up with a Blizzard.

5-0

^^ Team testing, huh? Your team has too much of a physical weakness, and almost all of them are weak to Ice. Might wanna work on that.

I said "Hail teams are major fail. Sandstorm teams are epic-er." I was referring to teams that run on a hail strategy, since the only viable hail user is Obamasnow, and right now, he cannot (and should not) be allowed to be used as he is placed under the Limbo tier. Unless you want to revert to Snover, there is nothing to set up Hail, and few Pokemon can use Hail to an advantage other than Snow Cloakers. I said nothing against your team, which I think is pretty good, except for the fact that Obamasnow is not allowed to be used in any battle as of now, until Smogon places it in OU or UU. As far as I know, when something is in Limbo, not even Uber accepts it as a Pokemon. It's not allowed to be used. On the other hand, Sandstorm teams have 2 VIABLE users of weather, TTar and Hippo. Both are OU, and many more Pokemon in OU benefit from this weather. It can still break F_Sashes, but it also helps the many people with Sand Veil, and gives all Rock-Pokemon a 1.5x boost to their SpD, which really helps T-Tar, as you can turn it into all kinds of SpD walls. Sandstorm teams do, and always will work better than Hail teams, and as of now, Hail teams ARE major fail because of the lack of Obamasnow. I said nothing against your team in particular, I was just reminding you that Hail teams are not as good as Sandstorm or anti-weather teams.

Oh, I see, you were talking about the limbo thing. =/ Frankly, I think that's a bunch of bull, though. I mean, yes, I recognize the need to place a distinction on Tiers, but why is it that suddenly, Smogon seems to make all the rules for battling?

As far as I'm concerned, Abamosnow should be allowed in OU (since no matter where it is eventually placed, OU will accept it either way, since there's no way in hell it's an Uber).

And I'm not going to stop using it in battles just because Smogon says I have to. -.-

Anyway, what's important is that I'm sorry I misunderstood ya. ^^

Tourney starts today, right? Is my opponent still a no-show?

Sure, sure. But gimme like....I dunno, 20 minutes?

Ooookay, so I am online. Feel free to test your team, Dark. Also, even though the tournament is today, I don't seem to have an opponent. -.- So until I'm given an official opponent, I'll be acceptaing battles from whoever.
