SushiTheLegend
I received a Dialga earlier today from someone off Serebii, but the person he got it off made it a hax'd Dialga, I'm so annoyed.

It's at level 5 though.LV5 = Hax'd. This one I know is hax'd for several reasons, first it was met at Route 204, it's LV50, it states "apparently met at" and has a different move instead of Metal Claw. Larxene
It's not really hacked unless it's stats or nature were directly edited.
Queen-Dragoon
It doesn't count as hacked if it's stats haven't been altered and it can learn all the moves it knows.
SushiTheLegend
It's not legitally caught, therefore it is hacked.
Larxene
No it isn't. You clearly need to learn to difference between something that is hacked and something that is caught with cheats. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.
Zexaeon
Yeah, sorry Lar. I got caught up in stuff. =P I'll be home in about five hours (sorry), so I can give you my little treat then. And yeah BMG, just because something is caught via cheats doesn't make it a hax pokemon. While by the technical definition, it was hacked into a game, its stats and moveset should still be legitimate, and if its nature was randomized, even better. Just be happy you got your Dialga. =/ Why are you so completely against hacking Pokemon legitly?
J123
It's not legitally caught' date=' therefore it is hacked.[/quote'] I lol'ed. Even when I didn't know the proper meaning, I still thought logically.Search google for the def, or better yet, let me do it for you =)Click here and put your feet up =)
SushiTheLegend
That's the problem it doesn't have the original moveset, Dialga is supposed to have Metal Claw not Heal Block. Also as far as I'm aware the only thing that causes the "apparently met at lv#" is Pokesav as I've used it myself.
Queen-Dragoon
If anyone has a spare TM26 and/or TM64, could they let me know and trade me it/them? EDIT: Don't trades cause "apparently met"? As for Heal Block, Dialga learns that at level 50.
Zexaeon
BMG, Dialga learns Heal Block at level 50. -.-;; The guy who traded it to you probably just taught it Heal Block when the chance arose and chose to forget Metal Claw. It's still a legal moveset. Plus, 'Apparently Met' also occurs when something is either a) Migrated or b) Traded over GTS. It is possible he used a cheating device to get the Dialga into the game, but that doesn't mean he/she modded the Dialga's stats. Just check online for a natural Dialga statistical set-up to see if yours is going beyond what is natural. Check its IVs to make sure they weren't maxed. If it's stats look natural, and the IVs are natural, then it's legit. How s/he obtained the thing is irrelevant. EDIT: Sure, Dragoon. I can trade you any TM you want - altough, I won't be home till after 6 today, my time.
SushiTheLegend
Yeah I guess so, and unfortunately I don't have either of those, but I could easily hax them, lol.

Dark
There are two different kinds of hacks, cheating and hacking. Cheating is when you alter the game to obtain something that is normally available, but it hard to get. These are some of my ARDS codes classified as cheating: All Berries x995Rare Candies x999Wild Pokemon ModifierPokemon Level Mod Hacking is when you alter your Pokemon directly by means of Pokesav or ARDS. Some examples are: EV ModifierIV ModifierNature ModifierMove Modifier EDIT: BMG, your Dialga is cheated, not hacked. I use cheated Pokemon all the time, if I'm too lazy to go out and trade someone for a Tarous. xD

SushiTheLegend
I know what hacking and cheating is, I may just check the IV and EVs on Pokesav later.
Felix
does anyone in Britain know somewhere to get an ARDS? Ebay is the 1st place you should look.
SushiTheLegend
If you bought a flash cart it comes with it's own AR.
Dark
Do you mean giving a Darkrai 383 Speed and 369 SpA, without actually IVing and EVing it? It's legal, but unfair. If you don't give a damn about how much work others put into their Pokes (like me), go ahead and use those Pokemon.
Queen-Dragoon
I was just asking in case I was traded a Pokemon like that. I don't even have the Berries/Rare Candies advantage. -_- EDIT: NOTE FOR ALL UK POKEMON PLAYERS: There is an event on from the 4th April to 18th April at some GAME stores where you can pick up a Shaymin that will allow you to unlock Sky Forme Shaymin in Platinum. The link is below. SKYMIN POKEMON EVENT I'm always horribly uninformed so I thought I should post this.
SushiTheLegend
I think I'll just trade Shaymin to Platinum, problem solved. I thought as soon as Shaymin was on Platinum it would be Skymin but only on the Platinum game.
Queen-Dragoon
That's not what I have heard. You need an event Shaymin to unlock the Gracidea Flower which allows you to switch between the two forms.
