That's situational, but most "attacking" moves through Metronome are pretty good. Like getting a Psychic on your Mew against a Machamp. xD

3%? WAYYYY LESS. There are around 500 attacks. You have a 0.2% to get Psychic, and like a 0.0001% chance of having it on your Mew vs Machamp.

You mean for competitive battling? I think it's because of how annoying it is to evolve it. I can't make decent enough poffins because my hand-eye coordination is so bad.
