From 4:30 PM to 6 PM, battle J123.

 

From 6 PM to 6:15 PM, make a team to battle kj1 b1.

 

From 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM, battle kj1 b1.

 

From 7:15 PM to 7:30 PM, make a team to battle david 10101.

 

From 7:30 PM to 8 PM, eat dinner.

 

Any time between 8 PM and 11 PM, battle david 10101.
