About a battle, Felix. My highest level Pokemon is at level 26 right now, let me get myself a little further and stronger before we battle. Besides, I don't want to face your Breloom right now. *Shudders*

You can use the level 100 option on WiFi so they get bumped up to 100 for the battle, so levels are irrelivant. Moves, EVs, IVs, Nature and at what evolution stage your at, are all that matters.
