If you're battling the right Pokemon then when you level up you'll notice a difference. Instead of an increase of around 3, you should be getting about 8. If you do it in one fell swoop it can somtimes be in the 40s.

 

I used some AR hax and EV trained a Pokemon at level 99. You can imagine what happened when it hit level 100. +63 SpA.

 

Don't write in all caps and if you don't get a response first time don't spam my club with the same question.

Walkthroughs are good for the new people. If you go to Marriland, you can see that people new to WiFi battling come there. One thing (probably the only thing) I like about his site is the team builder, which shows you the compounded weaknesses and resistances of your 6 Pokemon.

 

In the RBY days' date=' when I was young, I just named my rival Gary.

 

In GSC, I was immature and decided to name him Ass. When I replayed it later, I chose to name him Jerk.

As far I as know, Lucario with Ice Punch is mad rare these days. I would use a Gliscor, as its faster, +2 Extremespeed won't 2HKO, and Earthquake is a OHKO (2HKO with Sash).

 

If Lucario IS using Ice Punch, that means it won't have Crunch, which means you can use Cresselia or Dusknoir.

Anything faster with a Super Effective move that can resist ES can check it quite easily. A "Counter" might be quite difficult to find but my Dusknoir normally can take it on easily enough but it's not a perfect switch in. I have to be sure I'm not going to switch onto a SD other wise Crunch could probably kill me.

J123 (twice) and Felix (once or twice). Any time I have been (sp?) beaten before that was when I didn't know how to EV.
