I was really strange last time I battled him:? Like a week before we had a battle and I beat him him quite comfertably 4-0 and the only guys I lost were crit related. Then next battle he beats me:/ Sure it was close but he just out played me. 0-1, especially when it came down to a stall war at the end. Honestly though his last guy was on like 6 HP.

I wasn't prepared for his team. I normally carry a phazer, but this team was meant for Tekken, and I know by his videos he never has a Baton Pass team. I so want a rematch with J.

 

Also, I changed up my sig. The signature I made myself kinda looked crappy, and I want to drive the point across that I'm only here for Pogeymanz. So I made a blue set-up for WiFi battles on YCM. I have my first loss.

 

EDIT: I was going to make a tournament, or even a gym thread, but because not many YCMembers have WiFi, I'll not make one.

Pretty good match, he used alot of OU whores, whereas I used Cress, so it kinda balances it out.

100SAtk is minimum to 2HKO Aerodactyl and 3HKO (to outlast taunt) Azelf, aswell as OHKOing Infernape without Fake Out. Explosion + 252 Atk is a must. It also provides a switch in for your slow powerhouse (marowak, clamperl).

Fake Out is physical. You are telling me I NEED to have 100 SpA EVs to KO 'Nape with a Physical move?

Clamperl is an amazing powerhouse, hitting 591 Sp Atk with the DeepSeaTooth.

 

The only problem is it's slower than dirt in molasses and with 20 more analogies for being slow.

 

Therefore it is run in Trick Room teams where it rapes.

It manages the notorious bolt-beam, hitting everything in OU for neutral damage. Surf is for STAB. Confuse Ray is against the Rotom appliances, since it hits ~96%. You just need the little bit extra (from either Stealth Rock) or from Confuse Ray recoil.

Dude, that trick room strategy is a good one. For rapid barages when you can't land a OHKO, try sunny day with solar beam. Solar beam looks a bit like a deoxys tentacle to me.

 

BTW has anyone here ever got a SOHDKO?
