[spoiler=... continued in spoiler, don't read if you don't want want to spoil the surprise]...what Naruto can turn into in the newer mangas. Basically it makes them really strong/fast and allows stronger control over other Chakra (the last bit was an "I guess"). In Sage Mode there's a good chance Naruto would slap Sasuke around.
