The Rasen-Shuriken won't be able to beat Sasuke's Fire Release ( fire uses air to get stronger). I'm sure Sasuke has developed some good Fire Release Techniques. Naruto needs to either get a new super powered Wind Release Technique that will overcome fire or learn Water or Wind Release with the Toads. Either way, Yamato is the best. Wood Release pwns!!
