Here are my Neo Elemental Heroes or Elemental Heroes 2.0.

 

 

Neo Elemental Heroes

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Flare-

 

Fire, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1600 D:1200-

 

Each turn Flare is on the field you may search your deck for an Neo Elemental Hero and add it to your hand or you may play any Neo Elemental hero from your hand but it's an normal summon

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Freeze-

 

Water, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1500 D:800-

 

You can freeze an monster for unlimited amount of turns but each of your end phases you lose 500 life points and can't attack with Freeze. When a monster is frozen it can't attack but can defend.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Rain Man-

 

Water, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1400 D:1200-

 

Once per turn you may discard 1 card and draw another.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Lighting Striker-

 

Light, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1900 D:1000-

 

May attack twice in one turn but halve his attack til the end phase and for the second attack only.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Sky Man-

 

Wind, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1600 D:1200-

 

Sky man may halve it's attack points til the end phase to attack directly

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Thunder Boomer-

 

Light, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1800 D:1000-

 

Once per turn you can discard one card to destroy one Monster card.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Storm Warrior-

 

Neo Elemental Thunder Boomer + Neo Elemental Lighting Striker

 

Wind, Warrior/Effect/Fusion, Lv:6, A:2500 D:2000-

 

Once per turn by discarding one card you can destroy a card on the field of the same type.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Typhoon Warrior-

 

Neo Elemental Hero Sky Man + Neo Elemental Hero Rain Man

 

Wind, Warrior/Effect/Fusion, Lv:6, A:2500 D:2000-

 

Once per turn by discarding one card you can destroy a card on the field of the same type.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Ultimate Hurricane-

 

Neo Elemental Hero Storm Warrior + Neo Elemental Hero Typhoon Warrior

 

Dark, Warrior/Effect/Ritual, Lv:8, A:3000 D:2500-

 

This Card can only be summoned by the Effects of Storm Fusion. Once per turn you can discard as many cards as you like to destroy the same number of cards.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Geo Man-

 

Earth, Warrior/Effect/Fusion, Lv:4, A:1000 D:2000-

 

This card cannot be destroyed in battle.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Burning Golem-

 

Neo Elemental Hero Flare + Neo Elemental Hero Geo Man

 

Fire, Warrior/Effect/Fusion, Lv:6, A:2500 D:2400-

 

For Each Neo Elemental Hero in the graveyard this card gains 300 attack.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Ice Giant-

 

Neo Elemental Hero Freeze+NE Hero Geo Man

 

Water, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:2500 D:2400-

 

Once per turn you can Freeze an monster, spell or trap card for however many turns but each turn it cannot attack.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Pooch-

 

Dark, Warrior/Effect, Lv:4, A:1600 D:1200-

 

This Card can attach it's attack points with another Neo Elemental hero til the end of the turn.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Kid-

 

Light, Warrior/Effect, Lv:3 A:1200 D:800-

 

If an NE Hero is on your side of your field you can special summon this card.

 

-Neo Elemental Hero Neon Burst-

 

Light, Warrior/Effect, Lv:8 A:2800 D:2800-

 

This card gain only be summoned by the effects of Neon Flash. When this card is summoned destroy all none Hero Monsters on the field but cannot attack the same turn.

 

Spell Cards-

 

-Neon Flash-

 

Ritual Spell Card-

 

You must sacrifice one Neo Elemental Hero to activate this card, summon NE Hero Neon Burst.

 

-Hero HQ-

 

Field Spell Card-

 

Whenever an Neo Elemental Hero is destroyed it is moved to an Spell or Trap Card Zone instead of being sent to the graveyard. When 3 or more Neo Elemental Heroes are in card zones you may special summon them back as monsters.

 

-Neon Sword-

 

Quick-Play Spell Card-

 

The equip monster gains 1000 attack and defense points but cannot attack directly.

 

-Neon Blaster-

 

Quick-Play Spell Card-

 

Once per you may disable either a Monster, Spell or Trap Card.

 

-Neon Skyscraper-

 

Field Spell Card-

 

Each Neo Elemental Hero on the field gains 500 attack.

 

-Storm Fusion-

 

Ritual Spell Card-

 

By sacrificing Neo Elemental Storm Warrior and Neo Elemental Typhoon Warrior summon Neo Elemental Hero Ultimate Hurricane.
